I will never understand why they arent able to tranfsport the greatness of SW animation, the storytelling quality (most of the times), the visuals, to the live action shows. SW animation is so far ahead. that furst episode is pure art, the camera work and angles, the time they stay on a shot, the way they tell the story following "show dont tell", e.g. how they show us that time passes. brilliant brilliant episode
Just a reminder, you already saw some of the results of the Mt Tantiss Cloning facility in the Mandalorian season 3. Dr. Pershing wore the uniform from Mt. Tantiss and was probably someone who worked with Dr. Hemlock. Also Moff Gideon's clones were supposed to have Force capability, so they had high Midichlorian counts which are notoriously something you weren't supposed to do with clones.
Those Uniforms are the Standard Uniforms for the Imperial Science Division.....I highly doubt Pershing was 50 years old. Remember Bad Batch takes place 2-3 years after Order 66 and the rise of the Empire......The Empire wouldn't fall for 17-18 years after this and then The Mandalorian takes place 5 more years after that..... so Let's state that Pershing was 24-25 at the youngest because growing up to getting a Degree in this field of science, then say he joined Hemlock 6 Months before this then 18 years that puts him at 43-44 then 5 years later 48-49
Been a while since I checked out your channel flg. Like the little ditty at the start, and Sabine's Phoenix logo, that is sweeet! That opening episode is both haunting and tension inducing. It also shows just the dull monotony it must be for a lot in the Empire.
on screen but a book came out that contained untold Clone Wars arcs. That is where people get that from. But didn't happen onscreen so did not happen is my guess.
You are in for a treat. Episode 2 was probably the "not best" (can't say worst) of the 8 so far. All great episodes with really in-depth character development. The M count gets explained, too! Great reaction video!
Really happy to see you diving into The Bad Batch now. This show has always hinted toward slightly deeper character stories than Clone Wars did, especially as the time period is a generally bad one in the galaxy - but the three episode launch they did really gave us mission statement on how deep and dark they were prepared to get. M-Count does seem to be the "science speak" term for Midi-chlorian Count, we also hear it in Mando S1 with regards to what the Imperial hold outs wanted with Grogu. This season is definitely going in some directions and telling good stories as it goes, I'm keen to watch your reactions as you catch up 🙂
on an angela reaction binge catching up on the ones i missed and ending with this which just came out!!!! truly u are just combining all my interests rn…..avatar/bsg/sw is iconic
Hemlock captured Omega to use her as Leverage against Nala Se in order to make her work on his Project.......a sort of 'Do it or something might happen to Omega' thing....
I guess the Empire thought mutating a sarlacc pit was somehow a good idea. Hopefully, they actually learned their lesson on that one, but I wouldn't bet on it.
I still don't get why "We don't see character XY in the future" always leads to the assumption that they have to die. It's the nature of huge universes like Star Wars where stories pop up all over the different timelines that we see different characters in them. I also don't see friends from high school anymore. That doesn't mean they are dead. Lives of people just develop differently so that they don't cross paths anymore. ^^
It really depends on the character, I guess. For most of the Bad Batch, they've always wanted to retire, so it's reasonable to suspect that they might have survived whatever is going to happen and will disappear from the galaxy to raise Omega peacefully. Echo, however, is more concerning, just to name one example. He chose to help Rex fight to save his fellow clones, instead of retiring with the rest. Whatever happened with the clone rebellion must've hit them hard, if Rex, Gregor, and Wolffe decided to call it quits and we don't see Echo or any other clone helping the Rebellion.
Since we also don't see Pabu in the future, I choose to believe the Batch settles down there for good, everyone lives long, happy, healthy lives (I choose to ignore the whole rapid-aging clones thing), Omega carries on Phee's work collecting historic relics.
Ah! Welcome back. I'm glad you had a nice trip. I was wondering when you were going to start the Bad Batch reactions. I haven't really watched something until I've seen your reaction to it. No spoilers at all. Hurry up and catch up! See you at the end. In the meantime, thank you, as always for the watch. Looking forward to whatever is coming next!
Yeah the Empire and even the people of the Core Worlds really didn't care for the Clone......many wanted them dead simply for the fact that if they started having children it was going to be a nightmare....
I loved getting back to The Bad Batch.... I am feeling anxious (in a good way) about whats going to happen to our peeps... somehow its not looking good... I think this series might be a tragedy?
Using Clone Commando as glorified guards, ugh... so Empire, so wastefull. Althroug they still get to be knockout by main heroes as common troopers, eh, genre demands I guess. Well, at least their armor and weapons look as cool as ever. That's probably the main reason they were brought back.

Oh, and if you do not already know, a Base Delta Zero is the only code that has survived through the Old Republic through the Empire and beyond unchanged. It's the orbital bombardment of a planet until the crust is reduced to lava. Fun stuff.

So glad you’re back on this show. This season is maybe the best that Star Wars animation has ever been

I would love to go through all of Star Wars in chronological order. Probably be a better experience now
@@MrGBH yeah that would be cool! There are enough shows that fill the gaps between the movies

6:00 Mentioning that "Poor Crosshair he looks broken" with both pretty music and his sad facial and body expression breaks my heart. 😭💔
This Show’s Title at first glance keeps making me read it as The Bad Bitch 💅😭 my eyesights cooked
My friend keeps on reading it as that and it makes me chuckle 😂

Gosh this season is so crazy when you know what their research is leading up too! I can’t wait for you to catch up on the episodes!
When last Ventris was on screen Anakin tracked her to the low levels of corisant. During Asokas trial. She was not killed. Just bullied.

There isn't enough peptobismol in the galaxy to quel that heartburn in the big boss slither vine beast.
I missed your reactions
First 2 episodes were kinda slow but im sure necessary. Cant wait for the next 2 episodes.
I don't know if there's an official explanation for that beast, but it seems like what you'd get if you cross a sarlacc with a dianoga.
Yeeeeeeeeesssssssss Star Wars Space Shit !!!!! | Think thats the start of the crap how the emperor was Back in EP 9

You should react to Naruto, it has a lot of similarities to Avatar.
Yay!!!
This show is goot but when you catch up I will say more😊
Cloning those who are Force sensitive is...a problem.
Also, if no one else has said...that is Scorch acting as Hemlock's guard.
