If I understood what you mean, then the answer is: When summoned in the Saber Class it is Artoria (What resembles her legend most as a knight). But when summoned in her other (most known) forms: Lancer and Alter ego, she gains the name Altria instead. Which makes the name Lancer Altria, and Saber Altria for her corrupted form. I'm just not completely certain if those names are cannon or just referenced by community and thus used as the titles name for merchandise. I say this as I got the GSC Lancer Altria Statue among other fate collectibles that titles it that way.

Altria is a stupid translation than for some reason Nasu insists is the best one. Basically he is kind of an idiot for these things
