I have social anxiety. I always have to recognize it myself when it's happening and literally tell myself 'It's not that bad'. I've come a long way learning to control it myself.
@@blaze7386 Taking deep breaths helps, along with what I said about telling myself 'it's not that bad', repeatedly. No one around me is fixated on me and I'm not a mind reader to be able to tell what they think of me. Maybe I shouldn't care what they think of me. I try to challenge myself to talk to strangers every now and then. Just small talk. It helps boost confidence. I'm still not well with large groups but I'm much better off than 10 years ago.

She’s taken artwork and music from underprivileged black women who can’t afford security or therapy. She needs to turn her self pity outward to people who actually could use the assistance.
Too many elements that her parents allowed around her. The unfamiliar. I think they started her out there too early. She grew inward instead of flourishing outward.

Well, for me heavy metal calms me down, it's strange but it's true. I feel like certain people prefers to hear intense music in order to calm down but The Smiths aren't that intense, maybe a bit depressing but not extreme unlike heavy metal😀
that literally was not the context she meant that in, don't misrepresent her experience just because you want to be all like " rich people bad, rich people go durrr".
I love that these two, and other young ppl like them, exist in the world. It gives me a lot of hope for the future. 💜

That's cool and all but she really is wheres she's at because of her privilege
True but a beautiful voice helps
and? if I was given her opportunities I'd do the same, you can't negate the fact that she is talented at her craft.

This guy puts the Smiths on when he's having an anxiety attack. That's just using a hammer to get rid of a headache.
