Vim Lady pls educate the public well. Its only in narcotic cases that we don't need a complinant to establish a case but though it's a crime against the state to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt or establish prima facie the victim is key

What I am saying is that every crime has it's ingredients or elements to be able to establish the crime in court as per Act 29. I am saying that to establish the offence of defilement the prosecution can not win the case unless they produce the victim. Do you remember the case of KOD? Why is he not in jail for defilement? Because the victim was nowhere to be found in court n that acquitted him. In essence I am saying that identifying a victim whether a boy or girl who is or was below the age of below 16 at the time of the act etc are the elements the prosecution MUST prove in court to establish the case beyond reasonable doubt. If they do not produce the victim the case will be a useless one even though the man voluntarily confessed on Radio
