Hey there! Great video. I'm actually from Austin even though i live in Dallas, and i can tell you being topless in Austin is Legal! Lol the law only pertains to pubic areas. You would be surprised the amount of times i have seen a topless woman on 6th street or at Zilker Park. 😂
@Housewarmin yes girl. There is also a nude(clothing optional) lake and beach in Austin called Hippie Hollow. That's been around since i was a kid. I never went though, because its mainly alot of old ppl out there naked. Hehehe

Okay! Thank you! I wasn’t bothered by it, but even being from New Orleans, I’d never seen a topless woman before in public.
