now that is a tent (yes like a home). i love camping, the coziness of a tent (in the rain or not) but that tent you can stand up in, has a lot of room and is perfect for a car camp. so set up a chair, close your eyes, listen to the rain (plus good food and brew) and yes the good life. be well, enjoy life, hi abel and victoria, (did i say good food). good vid. from michigan u.s of a.

I have only recently discovered you two, but greatly enjoy your videos in near constant rain - so NZ seems to be very similar to Scotland (where I used to camp when younger), but without the midges and unintelligible accents!
In the US there are different hot dogs depending on the state or region. Coney, Chicago, Dirty Water, Chili Dogs. Just depends

You two are funny together! Camping isn't done until you have hotdogs or sausages. I've even done popcorn over a campfire using a special popcorn popper that you shake over the flames.
I enjoy watching the wild camps however I appreciate that you guys will do different types of camps with other camp gear too. I have a range now to accommodate either camping alone or camping with others n if u guys use it in the South Island I’m definitely gonna try it being a fellow kiwi sub who watches the weather knowing another fabulous camp is coming to us…

If you like to try different beers, if can get hold of them, try Asahi it’s a Japanese beer. Nice. Not i big drinker but it was enjoyable. Like to see how you two really ruffed it in this video. @@AbelandVictoriaHmm, looked it up. I could have sworn it was Canadian, but it looks like it is a U.S. company. That said, French's Canadian (ketchup) products are locally sourced tomatoes; made in Canada. I think this is where I got confused... I remember reading that it is made and bottled here in Ontario and that the other kind shut down its Canadian plants... so I try not to buy the products from other kind..

here is an interesting difference between the other kind's U.S. and Canadian versions:
"Is H>>z Ketchup different in Canada?
H>>z Tomato Ketchup (America): Tomato concentrate from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, salt, spice, onion powder, natural flavoring. H>>z Tomato Ketchup (Canada): Tomato paste (from fresh, ripe tomatoes), sugar, vinegar, salt spices.Jun 16, 2023."
Still, I think based on your palate, try Canadian (sourced) French's Ketchup.. it's apparently not as 'sweet' or vinegary as U.S. sourced, though it may be a little saltier.. so in my opinion. it's a more natural flavour for burgers, dogs etc.

Eaten in so many different ways. Everybody claiming their way is the perfect way. In some places, they're even called glizzy's, not hot dogs. It's kinda of stupid, actually. But also really funny.😅

Victoria did you find the book was very much like the movie? I have read books before watching movie and was disappointed with movie but if not reading the book first I found them very good and later read the books to find more things that were not in the movie. Obviously for time constraints I get that but Abel said the video is also awesome so maybe story not as important sometimes? Just curious. Thanks to both of you. Love your videos. Get some "Tiger Balm. My husband put it on my lower back with a massage, and boy, what a relief the jext day i started getting better. We get it here in California..its easy to find. Hope you can find it, otherwise you may be able to find it on the internet. ❤@@AbelandVictoria

French's mustard is American. Use some Sabrett hot dogs, from NYC, and some sauerkraut and French's and you have the best hot dog going. Simple is best. Awesome channel!
