Great video. Back in town visting parents. Crazy how much (old) homes are going for down here in Bellevue. It's near old town and prices are all over $300,000. Wow...
It would be beneficial to see the volume in the different price points of homes that are selling as well. This will shed light on questions like, if the median is going up because there are more luxury homes selling or are the prices of entry level homes rising at that rate or a combination of all kinds of other factors. With new construction numbers it would be great to know, how are these new builds being built? Are they lower square footage to keep costs down and margins up? Are the margins being sacrificed and home size staying the same, or some other variant. Great video!
