barclays is one of the worst financial institutions out there. literally every product and department they have has had a major scandal. i quit banking with them years ago for their piss poor service and performance.
I tried to speak to a human for ages and ages, they kept telling me my bank balance over and over again, something I didn't want to know. They kept sending me all around the houses trying to speak to someone. What an unbelievably terrible service.
I have questions regarding BARCLAY'S BANK.. someone told me that he is sending a some of money to me so he told me sending money transfer to ATM Bank account to Philippines was done.. the he said some payment should pay for Exchange Rate Fund transfer... He ask 10,000 php... How does it True?? Is it a FRAUD/SCAM?
Poor experience moving my funds out of my savings account, three weeks to move my funds and countless hours dealing with incompetent staff that has zero authority.....
