I suggest anyone who is watching this video to check out PinkTruth . com. It will really open your eyes as to the scam of Mary Kay. This was supposed to be a skincare class? All she's doing is trying to recruit these poor girls.
Mary Kay is not a scam, yes you are told about the benefit of having inventory, but thats up too the individual if they want too. You dont have too, its your business and you can work it by ordering out from parties. There is no pressure. You can offer the MK opportunity to everyone, there are women and some men looking for this opportunity. Be your own judge.
Please... all you need is to purchase $200 worth of inventory every 2-3 months to remain active. At the very least you can make 2 purchases of at least $200 every year to be able to qualify for your 50% off prices. Yes the SD's want you to aim big... but it is YOUR business and nobody can force you to run it anyway other than the way you want to.
In the Mary Kay business recruiting is one part. Because this is a great business opportunity you want to share it with others. You also want to talk about the product so that you can sell and make a profit. I don't see anything wrong with her adding recruitment to this meeting which will grow the business. I am a Mary Kay beauty consultant.
