Many people have given google reviews on high electricity bill in lodha upper thane, like it cost more than 10-15 K per month even with lesser use of AC and other appliances. Is it true? Pls share your view

Yes Sarah, Internally their are individuals who are giving training. I have seen cricket coaching and yoga classes already started. On football their are groups who play for 2 hours regularly. When we reside, you will eventually come to know, as soon you will be member of internal girl gang on Upper thane. :P

No their is no such options.. currently majority of members needed the bus service till station so members told to keep the route from cidco and not from thane east. So if anyone wants to go at Cadbury they need to get down at majiwada and then take another vehicle to commute further. As majiwada is the central point for everything.

No bro.. it takes 25 mins in morning to reach station and 35-40 in evening to reach upper thane from station. If their is no vehicle and you can drive at speed of 80 km / he then you can reach in 10 mins 😂

Hmmm.... Actually I travel at time of 8 am and come at 8pm.. so at that time traffic is not their. So lodha mylo bus help us reach on time.. But yes for women's. I have to clear that. Travelling via lodha bus is safe.. because i have seen many women travel late. But I will try to get some women in video so all will get clear idea.

Tanker is not solution.. You paying extra money for that.. Builder will recover that amount from funds when they will handover the society.. Lodha should give possession only after getting all pipelines.
I totally agree with you. So all the members had a meeting with lodha team regarding this and they have already told the estimate of line to be within 6 months. So all we are waiting as of now.
