- Republic of the Marshall Islands opening ceremonies dance performance at the 12th Festival of Pacific Arts 2016 Guam. The island is also known as the Marshall Islands and is located near the equator in the Pacific Ocean between Hawaii and the Philippines.
they r so adorable....It's a great thing that they teach their youngs about their culture and heritage.
