Roughly 2 million miles on the road since the early 70's, this song brings me back to a lot of good memories. In those days every driver had respect for every other driver and we all worked together. Simply said, we got er done.!!☹️
Ive started working on big trucks at 16 years old and now I'm 45 still doing. I really love to listen to the old school truckers talk about their life . I wouldn't know what else to do but work on trucks and raise my family
Bro, being an 18 wheeler driver in the US is so epic, you're like a demigod. Not like in italy where you're considered like someone who doesn't want to study or shit like that... man listening to this song makes me feel proud to american, even tho I'm not. KEEP IT ROLLIN'

I live in the heart of Europe, I grew up in the shadow of communism. America only infiltrated us from the cinema screen in the 70s and 80s. Since then, I have visited the USA several times, and this is the real American feeling for me. This music, these cars, this freedom.
Here's to all our friends who we ran with thru the years. Then one day you wake up And your an Old hand, like the ones before you.i just seen the Davey Crockett Sign in the credits. Been stopping their since I was a kid riding shotgun with dad running Chelsea Market out of Fresno. Then I ran tobacco for Oliver when I started. It was a union 76 then.
