Hi Joyce, I agree with the double-decker. This will be the best use of space while providing the girls their own personal bed to stretch out. I would suggest a wardrobe with double compartments so that each of your girls will have their own storage. I also suggest one with a center mirror for dressing. Hello again my beautiful family, I think two single beds would work better for the girls as they are now teenagers. DoubleI decker is for younger kids like Jimmy's age. You could put one of the single where the bed is now and the other where the storage is with a bedside table in the middle to kind of separate the space.

Hi Joyce.Thanks for taking us window shopping with you.I would go for a double decker bed for the girls.Getting a fundi to install a built- in wardrobe that goes all the way up with sliding doors will do for that space.
Hi Joyce and Peter, I think two single bed for the girls will be better. Your girls are teenagers and they will become adults soon. They can’t be on bunk beds or double decker bed for much longer. I know the space is small. A builtin wardrobe would also be better. Much blessings to you and your family.

I'd go with the double decker. They have more room to wriggle in their sleep, a little more privacy being seperate, One can read in bed while one can be sleeping, You also have the option that if they have a friend over there's room for 3 people in the bed if you go with the larger bed on the bottom. I would recommend making sure there is a ladder. I didn't see any. It just makes getting up and down easy
Double bank bed is for young kids like jimmy Fibie is tall later they will not fit if there space it was better to purchase 2 single ones or just buy a double bed❤❤❤❤

I would not buy a bunk bed - it is a novelty for a while but as the kids grow older not anymore.
Would buy a bed from Emma - sturdier than the ones in the shop and the most important part of the bed is the mattress and not the bottom part.
But heck 42,000 Kzh is too much for it - forget the fancy terms like quadropetic - buy one that is not too soft but not as hard as concrete.

Hi Joyce and Peter, you asked for advice and as the girls are going to keep growing and developing into young women they will need their own personal space so a double is not the answer. Two small single beds and a built in wardrobe will be the best option. Speak to a Fudi regarding the built in wardrobes which can be built to the the measurements of the available space and the beds may have to go on another wall if possible.😢

I think the double decker would be perfect for the girls. They will each have their own bed and would be the best use of the space in the room. And based on the prices I heard they would be a better buy. Also ,the solid wood furniture can last a lifetime.

The double decker at Emmas going for 25K looks sturdy and durable. It is a full sized bed that adults can sleep in. Emma is very friendly too.

Personally I think bunk beds/double deckers are more for younger children. The size of teenagers these days are comparable to adults and she will grow out of that bed quickly. Not to mention climbing up and down in and out of bed can be distracting for the person on the lower bed as well. 🤷🏽♀️

Many people are suggesting you do the walls, floors, etc first but I don’t think they realize your title say “window shopping” and you don’t plan on buying the beds right now. Just preparing or getting ready for when the aesthetics of the room are complete.

Oh Praise the Lord. A double bed would be good purchase. It would give space for both of your daughters and when your eldest daughter is in school. Jimmy can sleep in it to learn to be in his own space.
I always love soft blue colors in bedrooms. It’s relaxing & so pleasing to the eye. Yellow & coral are nice accent color with blues. Fun times for the girls. You can also purchase small portable (battery) reading lights that attach to a book or wall. Good luck. God bless you.

Hello,🌻 I would suggest getting the girls the double decker - each young Lady can thus have their own ‘space’ especially as they mature into young ladies. Also if possible get a carpenter to make fitted wardrobes. That way he can go right up to the ceiling and that extra space at the top is useful for storage of suitcases etc while the space under the bed can be used for shoes….
Growing up I HATED sharing a bed with my sister - though we liked each other up to today, I never had a sense of ‘my space’.

In reference to choosing a Bed for your girls, I suggest purchasing a Good Quality Box Spring & an Above average Mattress.
Reason being: A Bed is all about COMFORT, NOT Decor/Decoration. A Headboard can be easily Crafted. Your children are very young & can BOUNCE out of Bed. with or without it being in or on a Bed Frame 😊. Just a thought to consider. Back to your video 👍👍.
P.S. Y'all can purchase a Bed Frame down the road 😚😚.
Hello Joyce! Here from NY, USA. I would so with single beds because your girls are older. If they were small like your son, that would be great. Your girls should pick out the curtains, bedding, and rugs as well as they are the ones who have to sleep there. I really enjoy your videos.
