Top 5 : 1) Audra went to my heart gave me goosebumps and made me cry 2) Renée for the tools 3) Denyce for the truly amazing precision of her tips 4) Stacie for the meditative and healing state she made me feel and 5) Kurt for the crystal clear take on breath and support techniques .AMAZING

    Here’s another tip on how to gain relaxed breathing. Stay off the news and political/cultural memes and comment boards! Regardless of whether you believe them or not, they will drain every last drop of joy in your soul! Trust me; I have been there.

    Wonderful but I would add that a healthy inbreath, using the back ribs as stated here, the shoulders do go forward and up a little. That's the expansion of the ribs. So whilst clavicular breathing, raising ghe shoulders is wrong, the slight lifting of the shoulders is not. Its why you need a teacher before you.
