I hope you guys continue renting your places and do NOT do air bnb. An influx of air bnb type rentals has contributed to higher rents and low inventory for reasonably priced rentals. If you find a good renter, be the AMAZING landlord they can't speak highly enough of. The cost of cleaning short term rentals between stays can sometimes cost so much its worth the effort.
I feel great envy for you: here in Italy it is not possible to find similar places and, even if it happened, we would be taxed absurdly. The only stock resellers are often scammers, so...I look at you and dream♥

Airbnb is being revamped all the time for its rules and unfortunately there are a lot of renters that totally destroy the property. I know there are positive outcomes as well but it is a scary proposition in this day! Have you been having bad tenants in your rental properties? Short-term rentals are contributing to lack of housing for a lot of working class People. You are always interesting to watch!

Make note of that, this company sells expensive items but they may have a better returns dept. so any of the items you get were returned for a reason and don’t get from this brand intentionally again.
I bought one homary pallet. They claim it’s furniture pallets they should really call them fixture pallets, lots of sinks, faucets, light fixtures, chandeliers. Lots of gold too. Took along time to sell in my area as nobody is really into gold fixtures where i am. Never again. its a 👎 for me
Airbnb in Michigan? Do you get tourists there? I could see it in Florida or places where snowbirds go, but not Michigan. Personally, not a fan of Airbnb. I’d rather stay in a resort or even a hotel than in somebody’s house. Plus from what I’ve seen, the fees are ridiculous and not something I’d pay.

You might want to check on the squatters rule/laws where you are at. Many are renting airb&bs and taking them over.
