Dr. Michael Heiser truly had a great gift, especially when it came to making his research and information about the Bible easier to understand for those of us who have a more difficult time in understanding the written Word and also doing a much deeper dive into the Bible and the extra apocrypha books that were not included in the Bible. He helped us to understand that there's more than meets the eye in what really took place in the past. It's a lot of reading and listening, but it's so worth it especially when it concerns us and our place in God's kingdom. I'm very thankful for this man and his love for God and us humans. He will be sorely missed, but he's in a much better place. May he rest in peace with Jesus 🙏❤🙏🙏❤️
Dr. Heiser was sent straight to me by God. I have struggled with so many questions and so much doubt and have constantly asked God to open my eyes, to teach me & help me understand. He chose to use Michael Heiser for this task and I am beyond grateful. This man's explanations of the Word of God have changed me life.
The Holy Spirit can teach you so much more and you won't have to worry if he is right or not. Heizer guessed a lot. He also never talks about Jesus or salvation. He seems to want to rewrite everything. The book of Enoch can not be really written by Enoch. It is impossible that it made it through the flood! Heizer started teaching there were many Gods and not just one God before he died. He went too far with that one.

I’ve been committed to Christ since 1994. I love reading the Word, and I have to say that I know my way around the Bible. A younger Christian brother at my Bible study was after me to watch the 4 part Supernatural Seminar videos. I’m wondering what kind of weird teaching my brother in the Lord is falling for. First time finding this channel and listening to the man speak. ( I noticed from comments this gentleman has passed over to be with our Heavenly Father, Amen 🙏) I completely enjoyed and found so much spiritual food / fulfilment, in what he is explaining but the most i completely loved, was seeing the Holy Spirit in him get him…emotional for gods words and meaning. I love Dr. Michael Heiser, and his presentation drawn from The Unseen Realm is truly astounding, scholarly work. It has radically changed the way I view the whole narrative of Scripture and interpret redemptive history as a whole. God's masterful work of weaving together the tapestry of redemption is unfathomably beautiful, inexorably interconnected with itself from beginning to end, and a masterful display of His sovereignty and Lordship, and His worthiness to be worshiped and adored in all things. The one thing I was so shocked to hear him say though, was that annihilationism is something he sees as a possibility... What a tragic mistake that takes away from an equally important, eternally impactful motivation for bringing people to repentance and faith in our Christ. As much as I love and appreciate the great scholarly discussions and presentations that men like Heiser present, and how they bless the Lord's Church, I have to agree with good, old fashioned evangelists like Ray Comfort on this issue: " Were it not for the reality of an eternal Hell, I would not have a shred of evangelistic zeal. " - Ray Comfort {paraphrased} Christians, dear, beloved brothers and sisters. For too long, the Church has cast aside the aspects of God's character that make people uncomfortable, and to do this is to create an image of God we are more comfortable worshiping, rather than worshiping the true God who actually exists. It's idolatry. Characteristics like God's righteousness, holiness, and justice, cannot simply be ignored. Characteristics which, because He truly is immutable, He cannot simply allow mankind to violate, without just recompense. This is the reason for the atonement of the cross. This is the reason Christ had to suffer under the Father's crushing Hand. Someone had to pay the penalty. Blood had to be spilt. Either Christ did on our behalf, or we will pay the penalty ourselves. The Scriptures say, " The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. ". Death, and by extension, eternal suffering, is literally what we are owed by God as a payment for our sins against Him. We have a debt, and God will repay, and it will be paid in full. God is a just Judge. And He will punish and condemn the world who refuses to know and obey Him. Please, I plead with you to think about this. Think about the REALITY of this horrifying, hellish place, where God's wrath will be poured out upon impenitent sinners. No peace, day or night. No rest. No water. No clean, fresh air. No friendship or companionship. No laughter. No joy. No good. No light. No life. No love. Only darkness. Only decay. Only hatred and bitterness. Only sorrow and lament. Only anguish of soul and body. Only loneliness and utter desolation. Weeping, gnashing of teeth. Anger. Regret. Eternal wailing to be heard reverberating through the walls of the utterdark, demonic chambers of Gehenna. And excruciating, never-ending, horrific, real, tangible, physical flames of fire - set to burn your literal, resurrected body. A body unlike our own, current forms, but one created with the capacity to withstand the Hellish fire, ever to burn for dark, gloomy days without end. Ever to burn in the eternal furnace, where the flames shall never be quenched, and where the worms shall never die. And, perhaps the worst part, to know, for all eternity, you didn't have to go there. There was a way of escape, and His Name was Jesus Christ, and you rejected that glorious Hope in favor of a fleeting, momentary lie. What a terrifying, horrific, eternal destiny that awaits those who know not God. Let this eternal reality be one of the two chief motivators for persuading the nations to repent and believe our Lord's Gospel. Let not our lives be a waste, but let us represent our King, hating even the garment stained by the flesh.
On Easter Saturday I had terrible chest pain and was finding it hard to breath, I was taken to Calvary Hospital. God took me to Calvary for Easter. I had been suffering with pneumonia but the hospital staff thought I might have COVID. As I lay there facing my own possible demise I started crying out to the Lord for my unsaved family and friends. I cried and cried knowing that I might never see them again and that they would not be with me in eternity. I cried and cried knowing that they would forfeit their eternal destinies unless they came to know the only Saviour. I told God my heart was breaking and I begged Him to touch them and draw them to Himself. I have been fervently praying for and sharing the gospel with some of them for 50 years and never miss an opportunity to do so. As I lay there heart broken for the lost a doctor entered the room to tell me I'd had a heart attack. She told me my heart had literally broken. I tell you all this because you seem to think that those of us who believe in annihilation have no motivation for evangelisation. This could not be further from the truth. Have you no understanding of what family and friends will miss. The punishment, the eternal punishment that is annihilation is mind bogglingly tragic. God is offering these lost ones eternal life with Him and they are choosing to reject this magnificent gift of grace. You are simply wrong, belief that the Bible teaches annihilation does not in any way limit evangelistic fervour, just ask my family and friends.

I would simply remind you that, although I do sympathize with your position, anecdotes are not going to work in this debate/discussion. We need actual, concrete, Biblical backing that will allow for annihilationism to remain consistent with Scripture as a whole -- and that is simply not the case. Over and over again, we see the penalty is *eternal*, as is the reward. We serve an eternal God, therefore the punishment for offending such a God is eternal. Again, I would just simply point you to the end of Matthew 25, the story of the Sheep and the Goats. In the same way that life in the Kingdom of our Father will be everlasting, so too will the punishment. There will be no end - and THAT horrific reality ought to motivate us even beyond the rewards that await those who place their faith in the Son of God. ' "Knowing therefore the terror of the LORD, we persuade men..." ' - 2 Corinthians 5:11. The terror of the LORD, evidently, was one of the chief motivating factors in Paul's evangelistic zeal. I hope you consider it.
@@justinbirkelo6806 I couldn't agree more, it is scripture that should guide our doctrinal beliefs. I first went to Theological College in 1973 and have been studying scripture ever since. I have carefully examined every scripture you could throw at me and find the Bible more consistently teaches that those who reject God's gracious and glorious gift of Eternal Life will perish (John 3:16), or be condemned to destruction (Mat 7:13; Romans 9:22 etc). I am with Dr Edward Fudge, Chris Date and a growing number of other scholars who see the teachings of the Bible clearly support the final destruction of the ungodly. As for Paul's "terror of the Lord" I believe there could be nothing more terrifying than to be cast into the Lake of Fire, which is the second death and a punishment that is without doubt eternal. This death is the opposite of life and Eternal Life is a gift only Jesus can give. There is no other way to have immortality (1 Tim 6:16), which one would need to be eternally tormented or exist in eternal outer darkness. The scriptures never tell us that those who have been raised for the Great White Throne Judgment are given Eternal Life, instead we are told they suffer the second death..
I am so thankful when I hear this respected doctor in theology talk about his suppositions and opinions. It comes to give us more assurance in what the Bible says and what we have come to believe. As I studied scripture I kept seeing things that I never heard taught by anyone. I had a not very precise doctrine of what the Bible was teaching me, but I was nervous about it. When the Bible has been studied as it has for 2 millennia, being the first and only person to see something is usually a sign that you are wrong. And all cults begin with some false teacher/prophet saying he/she has rediscovered a lost truth. So I don't like being anywhere near the area of rediscovering a lost teaching or having some new revelation. Dr Heisser showed me that I wasn't alone and wasn't first and it wasn't lost. And he gave me a better understanding of what I was seeing. Enjoy the fruits of Christ's labor of love, Dr Heisser.

I am so grateful for Dr. MICHAEL HEISER. I have been a Christian 45+ years and have learned more from him in the past couple of years than I have from many others. He takes so many of those "what?!?...huh?" Passages and makes sense of them and helps me understand what spiritual warfare is really about and why Jesus came to set the captive free and really we are dead men walking before His deliverance from the kingdom of darkness

I, too, have discovered parallels between Eden, the Sanctuary in the Wilderness, and the events which transpired in the Garden of Gethsemane. Interestingly, parallels to Eden may be found in the early chapters of Revelation, and periodically throughout.
*UPDATE* I listened to his interpretation on Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 and it seems I misunderstood his stance on this. I have removed the parts no longer relevant. This was mostly involving Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 (and from there, chasing rabbits into Revelation). Please forgive my potential fallacies if there are any... Ezekiel 28:13 might be indicative of "humanity" if that wasn't clarified in 14 after. Adam was man, and cherubim were placed to guard the way to the tree of life after Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden (Gen 3:24 - and man was never referred to as a cherub, and men and cherubim are completely different entities) and Ezekiel 28:14 states that this entity being spoken to was an anointed cherub. Verse 17 then indicates it was his beauty that he was corrupted by, not by eating a piece of fruit. "I will lay thee before kings that they may behold thee," ties into Isaiah 14:12 - and being fallen from heaven, not an earthly kingdom - Isaiah 14:9-10 talk about the kings seeing this "personage" as having become weak as they are. Also would like to point out that Genesis 2:8 states that the garden was placed IN Eden, 2:10 a river went out FROM Eden TO the garden, 3:24 has man expelled from the garden, and 4:16 seems to indicate that Eden is also separate from the garden. This seems to indicate that the mountain of God and the garden of Eden were separate locations. Genesis 2:17 indicates also "...in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die." Not immediate, and spiritual as well but death was the result in the end. Death isn't pronounced as a punishment until Genesis 3:19. Elephants or not, there was no death before sin. God bless.

Cherubim...one interpretation might be helpful. That cherub roughly = nation/kingdom. So, a plural of cherubim roughly means a group of nations/lands/kingdoms. So such 'entities' put into place to guard the den, gar-den, makes sense enough. The 'beasts' of revelation are often interpreted as nations, but this is often overlooked and not applied to various angel words? Curious. Even plain angel is simply messenger, thus, they were 'employed cousins' or sometimes even 'employed humans' suitable to the task at hand. It's purposely enigmatic in many instances. This forces people to use their brains and hearts to realize 'how' things in the book ring true. Same with 'children of god' or 'sons of god', clearly referring to groups, factions, aka people, which occasionally could have included even humans, since all that wickedness and mixing was clearly described. I’ve only recently discovered Dr Heiser and I am so thankful that he did so many TH-cam teachings so that all of us can continue to learn from him. He was a faithful servant to God and I am sure that many more people than I used his teachings to understand our savior better.
What an inspiration he was. Intelligent, well educated, and interesting. And a master of scripture and the interpretation thereof. I miss him, but know he is with Lord Yahweh in heaven.
Divine Council theology has changed the game for me. Thanks to Doc Heiser’s research, I’ve been freed from the deadening influence of Greek thought (not to say it’s all bad but A LOT of it is just not biblical) and flat, “dogmatic”, and “cerebral” Christianity and have been introduced to the dynamic, narratival world of Scripture (and of history and reality for that matter). Thanks to Doc Heiser’s research, my zeal for God’s Name has increased like no other.
He was one of the first people to open my eyes about certain mysteries, the true meaning of which answers so many hard questions. For example, this explains why God commanded the children of Israel to totally destroy certain Canaanite towns. And I believe it explains why people who take the mark of the beast will suffer day and night in the Lake of Fire rather than be destroyed body and soul like natural humans.

I love how Dr. Heiser is a respected scholar and he will just put it out there that "there is no reason to deny Eden was a real place". It is very real. He keeps the scoffing presumptions of the ivory tower in check. When it is justified.

I've recently been coming to terms with the idea that the sea was chaos (and the underworld) and that the mountains are both the realm of the gods and the gods (fallen angels) themselves. This got me thinking about Isaiah: On this mountain the Lord of hosts will make for all peoples a feast of rich food, a feast of well-aged wine, of rich food full of marrow, of aged wine well refined. If marrow, then meat. But more important I think is the phrase "on this mountain", given the references to Eden as a mountain.
My daughter has been possessed for 13 years. I didn't want to believe it. She has conversations with a demon all the time. We have to listen to it every day! I've tried taking her to deliverance ministers and none of them have been able to help. I'm a born-again Christian and I'm realizing that no one can help my daughter, except for Jesus. If we did find a REAL LIFE deliverance minister, I would be shocked. I've done my homework in searching. It just burns me up to listen to the conversation among these two men talking, but do they offer help to people watching? Like ME?

In Revelation 12.8, a war breaks out in Heaven: Michael says that Lucifer rebelled before "The Fall", so on the basis of Rev 12, does that mean Lucifer was allowed to stay in Heaven until just after the birth of Christ, and was that what Jesus was referring to when He said, "I saw Satan fall..."?

it is beyond me how people insert things that never included in the Bible (such as Adam had endless supply of fruit of life as long he is in the garden), and ignore clear passage of the Bible (such as king of Tyrus in the garden of Eden, the mountain of God) yet they are highly esteemed Christian scholars. Dr. Michael Heiser truly had a great gift, especially when it came to making his research and information about the Bible easier to understand for those of us who have a more difficult time in understanding the written Word and also doing a much deeper dive into the Bible and the extra apocrypha books that were not included in the Bible. He helped us to understand that there's more than meets the eye in what really took place in the past. It's a lot of reading and listening, but it's so worth it especially when it concerns us and our place in God's kingdom. I'm very thankful for this man and his love for God and us humans. He will be sorely missed, but he's in a much better place. May he rest in peace with Jesus 🙏❤🙏🙏❤️

The Holy Spirit can teach you so much more and you won't have to worry if he is right or not. Heizer guessed a lot. He also never talks about Jesus or salvation. He seems to want to rewrite everything. The book of Enoch can not be really written by Enoch. It is impossible that it made it through the flood! Heizer started teaching there were many Gods and not just one God before he died. He went too far with that one.

I’ve been committed to Christ since 1994. I love reading the Word, and I have to say that I know my way around the Bible. A younger Christian brother at my Bible study was after me to watch the 4 part Supernatural Seminar videos. I’m wondering what kind of weird teaching my brother in the Lord is falling for. Well well, the joke is on me. Heiser is a GAME CHANGER! He has changed the way I read the Word. And he is completely in line with the essentials of Christian doctrine. Then, I now find Remnant Radio here. What a blessing.

I love Dr. Michael Heiser, and his presentation drawn from The Unseen Realm is truly astounding, scholarly work. It has radically changed the way I view the whole narrative of Scripture and interpret redemptive history as a whole. God's masterful work of weaving together the tapestry of redemption is unfathomably beautiful, inexorably interconnected with itself from beginning to end, and a masterful display of His sovereignty and Lordship, and His worthiness to be worshiped and adored in all things. The one thing I was so shocked to hear him say though, was that annihilationism is something he sees as a possibility... What a tragic mistake that takes away from an equally important, eternally impactful motivation for bringing people to repentance and faith in our Christ.
As much as I love and appreciate the great scholarly discussions and presentations that men like Heiser present, and how they bless the Lord's Church, I have to agree with good, old fashioned evangelists like Ray Comfort on this issue:
" Were it not for the reality of an eternal Hell, I would not have a shred of evangelistic zeal. " - Ray Comfort {paraphrased}
Christians, dear, beloved brothers and sisters. For too long, the Church has cast aside the aspects of God's character that make people uncomfortable, and to do this is to create an image of God we are more comfortable worshiping, rather than worshiping the true God who actually exists. It's idolatry. Characteristics like God's righteousness, holiness, and justice, cannot simply be ignored. Characteristics which, because He truly is immutable, He cannot simply allow mankind to violate, without just recompense. This is the reason for the atonement of the cross. This is the reason Christ had to suffer under the Father's crushing Hand. Someone had to pay the penalty. Blood had to be spilt. Either Christ did on our behalf, or we will pay the penalty ourselves.
The Scriptures say, " The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. ". Death, and by extension, eternal suffering, is literally what we are owed by God as a payment for our sins against Him. We have a debt, and God will repay, and it will be paid in full. God is a just Judge. And He will punish and condemn the world who refuses to know and obey Him. Please, I plead with you to think about this. Think about the REALITY of this horrifying, hellish place, where God's wrath will be poured out upon impenitent sinners.

On Easter Saturday I had terrible chest pain and was finding it hard to breath, I was taken to Calvary Hospital. God took me to Calvary for Easter. I had been suffering with pneumonia but the hospital staff thought I might have COVID. As I lay there facing my own possible demise I started crying out to the Lord for my unsaved family and friends. I cried and cried knowing that I might never see them again and that they would not be with me in eternity. I cried and cried knowing that they would forfeit their eternal destinies unless they came to know the only Saviour. I told God my heart was breaking and I begged Him to touch them and draw them to Himself. I have been fervently praying for and sharing the gospel with some of them for 50 years and never miss an opportunity to do so. As I lay there heart broken for the lost a doctor entered the room to tell me I'd had a heart attack. She told me my heart had literally broken. I tell you all this because you seem to think that those of us who believe in annihilation have no motivation for evangelisation. This could not be further from the truth. Have you no understanding of what family and friends will miss. The punishment, the eternal punishment that is annihilation is mind bogglingly tragic. God is offering these lost ones eternal life with Him and they are choosing to reject this magnificent gift of grace. You are simply wrong, belief that the Bible teaches annihilation does not in any way limit evangelistic fervour, just ask my family and friends.

@@justinbirkelo6806 I couldn't agree more, it is scripture that should guide our doctrinal beliefs. I first went to Theological College in 1973 and have been studying scripture ever since. I have carefully examined every scripture you could throw at me and find the Bible more consistently teaches that those who reject God's gracious and glorious gift of Eternal Life will perish (John 3:16), or be condemned to destruction (Mat 7:13; Romans 9:22 etc). I am with Dr Edward Fudge, Chris Date and a growing number of other scholars who see the teachings of the Bible clearly support the final destruction of the ungodly. As for Paul's "terror of the Lord" I believe there could be nothing more terrifying than to be cast into the Lake of Fire, which is the second death and a punishment that is without doubt eternal. This death is the opposite of life and Eternal Life is a gift only Jesus can give. There is no other way to have immortality (1 Tim 6:16), which one would need to be eternally tormented or exist in eternal outer darkness. The scriptures never tell us that those who have been raised for the Great White Throne Judgment are given Eternal Life, instead we are told they suffer the second death..
I am so thankful when I hear this respected doctor in theology talk about his suppositions and opinions. It comes to give us more assurance in what the Bible says and what we have come to believe. As I studied scripture I kept seeing things that I never heard taught by anyone. I had a not very precise doctrine of what the Bible was teaching me, but I was nervous about it. When the Bible has been studied as it has for 2 millennia, being the first and only person to see something is usually a sign that you are wrong. And all cults begin with some false teacher/prophet saying he/she has rediscovered a lost truth. So I don't like being anywhere near the area of rediscovering a lost teaching or having some new revelation. Dr Heisser showed me that I wasn't alone and wasn't first and it wasn't lost. And he gave me a better understanding of what I was seeing. Enjoy the fruits of Christ's labor of love, Dr Heisser.

He takes so many of those "what?!?...huh?" Passages and makes sense of them and helps me understand what spiritual warfare is really about and why Jesus came to set the captive free and really we are dead men walking before His deliverance from the kingdom of darkness

I, too, have discovered parallels between Eden, the Sanctuary in the Wilderness, and the events which transpired in the Garden of Gethsemane. Interestingly, parallels to Eden may be found in the early chapters of Revelation, and periodically throughout.
There are such things as gardens on mountains. Who says gardens aren't on mountains? Just sayin.

*UPDATE* I listened to his interpretation on Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 and it seems I misunderstood his stance on this. I have removed the parts no longer relevant. This was mostly involving Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 (and from there, chasing rabbits into Revelation).
Please forgive my potential fallacies if there are any... Ezekiel 28:13 might be indicative of "humanity" if that wasn't clarified in 14 after. Adam was man, and cherubim were placed to guard the way to the tree of life after Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden (Gen 3:24 - and man was never referred to as a cherub, and men and cherubim are completely different entities) and Ezekiel 28:14 states that this entity being spoken to was an anointed cherub. Verse 17 then indicates it was his beauty that he was corrupted by, not by eating a piece of fruit. "I will lay thee before kings that they may behold thee," ties into Isaiah 14:12 - and being fallen from heaven, not an earthly kingdom - Isaiah 14:9-10 talk about the kings seeing this "personage" as having become weak as they are.
Also would like to point out that Genesis 2:8 states that the garden was placed IN Eden, 2:10 a river went out FROM Eden TO the garden, 3:24 has man expelled from the garden, and 4:16 seems to indicate that Eden is also separate from the garden. This seems to indicate that the mountain of God and the garden of Eden were separate locations.
Genesis 2:17 indicates also "...in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die." Not immediate, and spiritual as well but death was the result in the end. Death isn't pronounced as a punishment until Genesis 3:19. Elephants or not, there was no death before sin.

Cherubim...one interpretation might be helpful. That cherub roughly = nation/kingdom. So, a plural of cherubim roughly means a group of nations/lands/kingdoms. So such 'entities' put into place to guard the den, gar-den, makes sense enough. The 'beasts' of revelation are often interpreted as nations, but this is often overlooked and not applied to various angel words? Curious. Even plain angel is simply messenger, thus, they were 'employed cousins' or sometimes even 'employed humans' suitable to the task at hand. It's purposely enigmatic in many instances. This forces people to use their brains and hearts to realize 'how' things in the book ring true. Same with 'children of god' or 'sons of god', clearly referring to groups, factions, aka people, which occasionally could have included even humans, since all that wickedness and mixing was clearly described. 'Cousins' of the sort, as fossilized bones indicate, assuming at least some are real of course. What is called 'nephilim', well they were also 'people'...half-breeds sure, but you gotta be similar enough to even successfully produce half-breeds, right?
Our 'cousins' were in play in Adam's time. And some of them, and some of us greatly screwed things up. Still do.

Remember, are there passages that 'directly' warn against altering the scriptures, and mention a punishment for doing so? Yes, many. Are there passages that 'directly' mention that if this happens, then somehow they will be changed back? Not so much. So if you assume it's impossible, and never occurred, such an assumption is rather risky. More likely that some meddling has occurred but in snippets, the state of the world and sheer number of translations indicates this. That is worth careful consideration.
The mountain? Yes, seems this mt. Zion, aka mt. of god, is literally in Eden.

From my initial listening, I got the impression that he was trying to find a way to contradict Scripture. I may be mistaken in how I heard the presentation of it. *Update* You are correct, I misunderstood what he was saying. Starting 17:52 is where it begins. 37:00 I still disagree, potential death before sin. 39:55 does not change his stance. I did clear up my misinterpretation of what he says about Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14, and a couple small points.

I left my home church, (stopped going) because I stopped learning and growing. I started to question some of the "Teachings the church hung it's hat on"..... Which, of course, I did not challenge but truly, The Pastor wanted more to preach than to teach and It seemed my questions made him scratch his head. Lol. Like Genesis, *The council*.........

I’ve only recently discovered Dr Heiser and I am so thankful that he did so many TH-cam teachings so that all of us can continue to learn from him. He was a faithful servant to God and I am sure that many more people than I used his teachings to understand our savior better.
What an inspiration he was. Intelligent, well educated, and interesting. And a master of scripture and the interpretation thereof. I miss him, but know he is with Lord Yahweh in heaven.

Divine Council theology has changed the game for me. Thanks to Doc Heiser’s research, I’ve been freed from the deadening influence of Greek thought (not to say it’s all bad but A LOT of it is just not biblical) and flat, “dogmatic”, and “cerebral” Christianity and have been introduced to the dynamic, narratival world of Scripture (and of history and reality for that matter). Thanks to Doc Heiser’s research, my zeal for God’s Name has increased like no other.
He was one of the first people to open my eyes about certain mysteries, the true meaning of which answers so many hard questions. For example, this explains why God commanded the children of Israel to totally destroy certain Canaanite towns. And I believe it explains why people who take the mark of the beast will suffer day and night in the Lake of Fire rather than be destroyed body and soul like natural humans.
I just discovered him tonight, and I'm literally in the exact headspace you described. I've been researching so much of this outside of the faith, reading Zachariah Sitchin, and trying to decipher the mystery of gen 6:1-5.

You know it's strange that he couldn't just ask for an extension of his life from God... But then maybe the Father was excited to bring him home to Him and who knows the possibilities of what living longer would have brought to him in his life, we can't know if taking him when He did, didn't save Michael from some type of pain or some type of loss that would have been grievous that The Father was merely protecting him... Idk.. I miss him too! But I am glad he gets to receive his crowns I'd be welcome with open arms by Jesus himself! I am happy for him but I do lament his passing! I mean even Jesus lamented the fact that how many people he would lose for lack of knowledge and heisner has such a way of bringing understanding to the wisdom of the word that he truly is missed and will be missed but however we will be there soon along with him because the time is now! And the beauty is, we have the Internet to spread this knowledge around the world at our fingertips! What a blessing that is! Although there won't be another Hieser we don't need one because he is still here with us in the enormous amount of recordings that he has published and is available for free! So thank God for that!
I love how Dr. Heiser is a respected scholar and he will just put it out there that "there is no reason to deny Eden was a real place". It is very real. He keeps the scoffing presumptions of the ivory tower in check. When it is justified.

I've recently been coming to terms with the idea that the sea was chaos (and the underworld) and that the mountains are both the realm of the gods and the gods (fallen angels) themselves. So when the disciples had the faith of a mustard seed, they could say to this mountain, get up and go into the sea, and it would get up and go into the sea!!!! The angelic hosts would answer to the disciples who had been given the keys to the kingdom to bind on earth and bind in heaven.

Using the 21 century edition of the strongest strong’s concordance with the KJV and discover the real truth. Try to do a little word like (all) and all the first time used Hebrew words with the verses and the root word. Some have 2 and 3 different verses are words for the same. The Father speaks

My daughter has been possessed for 13 years. I didn't want to believe it. She has conversations with a demon all the time. We have to listen to it every day! I've tried taking her to deliverance ministers and none of them have been able to help. I'm a born-again Christian and I'm realizing that no one can help my daughter, except for Jesus. If we did find a REAL LIFE deliverance minister, I would be shocked. I've done my homework in searching. It just burns me up to listen to the conversation among these two men talking, but do they offer help to people watching? Like ME?

I have a question! In Revelation 12.8, a war breaks out in Heaven:
Michael says that Lucifer rebelled before "The Fall", so on the basis of Rev 12, does that mean Lucifer was allowed to stay in Heaven until just after the birth of Christ, and was that what Jesus was referring to when He said, "I saw Satan fall..."?

it is beyond me how people insert things that never included in the Bible (such as Adam had endless supply of fruit of life as long he is in the garden), and ignore clear passage of the Bible (such as king of Tyrus in the garden of Eden, the mountain of God) yet they are highly esteemed Christian scholars. Yet they did not address things such as, how the king of Tyrus still in the garden after iniquity found in him, or why Satan was not casted out of the garden along with the man?

But Steven has really clarified a lot for me, and now you guys too! Thank you!
