But at 1:28, instead of throwing boiling water on the "weeds" and destroying them, you could use them as they aren't useless weeds but they are seasoning and can be used to flavour food. They are called Shadow Benni in my country. We use it all the time in our Caribbean food for seasonimg and flavor. Just thought to let everyone know about this FUNFACT.
