Hi Elip Property, good video pls try mentioning the room dimensions as well. the total flat size of 1840sft seems to be wrong, if its a ghmc approved property, the minimum set back is 5 feet on 3 sides and 6.5 on the road facing side for any thing more than S+3 or G+2. for example if its a 40x58 dimension plot then the actual construction approved by GHMC will be in 30x47 that gives you 1410sft super build area per floor. even if the dimension is different it cannot accommodate an extra 400 sft.
