This was the perfect balance for a video, that you guys have done. You still involved interviews with locals and also gave a mini documentary/vlog feel to it by taking us along to all these spots and demonstrating what you can do there. Great content as always!

I love how the CC is so accurate and in sync for English translations, I subscribe to a couple other "Life in Japan" type channels and the CC is better left off.

So many beautiful places in Japan. 😍😍😍 Are there any places in Japan that are frowned upon to takes pictures? I recently went to a temple in Houston and was worried someone would scold me for taking a quick photo. I tried to be mindful that no one was in the photo but I wasn't trying to to it to be disrespectful. It was just so pretty and I wanted to share it. Thanks for the video!! 🤗

Bramha's Astra no, it was a Vietnamese temple. I tried to be as discreet as possible and make sure no one else was in the shot. It was so beautiful!!

Some places have specific pictures up that tell you not to take pictures in several places. Generally don't take pictures of people praying and the insides of the temple's heart and such. Best thing is always to ask the staff to be sure. About Houston, best ask people living in the area.

Hahaha I love the part about "the other stomach"! I'm American and the stereotypes are true, we eat..a lot! But, when my buddies get full I always have room for something sweet, like cake or ice cream. To this day I still manage to surprise even my family with my insatiable sweet tooth. We also have a phrase that isn't as popular anymore, "There's always room for Jello" Anyways, I recently found your channel and I love it. I also have a big life goal for 2020! I am going to travel to Japan for vacation and to enjoy the Olympics! I am using your videos to prepare! Good luck to you two! I hope your wishes for luck, money, and love are actualized!

The background music really reminds me of Pokemon music for some towns or the Bell tower in Gold/Silver...

Sasuke Inari-jinja is so far my favourite shrine of Japan, same as you I felt a deep spirituality there and that's where I decided to buy the ofuda for my kamidana at home that is dedicated to Inari Okami.
I'm surprised that the two of you have the need of the kami for your love, feels like both of you should be quite popular with the gentlemen, although I suppose being popular is unfortunately not the same as finding a good gentleman.
Well, if you feel like it, do feel free to send me a message, I'm 35, single, solid economy and I do love to travel which I do 3-4 times a year and I return to Japan every year since it's my favourite country. :-)

Same!! Especially the fact that Enoshima is near Kamakura; it makes me think of Junko Enoshima with Izuru
