- तीन नए आपराधिक कानून आ गए, लागू भी हो गए मगर कुछ लोगों के गले से नहीं उतरे। जज, वकील, लॉ स्टूडेंट्स, पुलिस सबको कंफ्यूज़न है। हर किसी को क्लैरिटी चाहिए। हमने इसीलिए पढ़ाकू नितिन में न्यौता है सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सीनियर एडवोकेट संजॉय घोष को। इस बातचीत में बड़े ही इंटरेस्टिंग अंदाज़ में संजॉय ने नए क़ानूनों पर अपनी राय रखी।

Three new criminal laws have been introduced and implemented but some people are not able to accept them. Judges, lawyers, law students, police, everyone is confused. Everyone needs clarity. That's why we have invited senior Supreme Court advocate Sanjoy Ghose in Padhaku Nitin. In this conversation, Sanjoy expressed his opinion on the new laws in a very interesting manner.

गलत बात भाई,सरकारी हो प्राईवेट वकिल साहब,पैसा,नही रूपया,धन संपदा बेचवा कर ही दम लेते है।और कोर्ट तारीख पर तारीख देते है।ऐक दिन का काम हजार दिनो मे भी हल नही होता है।

Laws are not made for the benefits of Lawyers. It is for giving justice to common man. Uptil now there was no justice, only punishment was the sole motto. Many fools are becoming Lawyers. There is no periodic checking of Layers knowledge.

समस्या तो ये ही है पढना नहीं सिर्फ कुतर्क करना है जैसे कॉंग्रेस पार्टी करती है
@@drddupadhyay7471 टाइमलिमिट तो पॉक्सो में भी थी और आईपीसी में भी 60 दिन में चार्जशीट फाइल करने की। सबने देखा है कि कितने केसों में 60 दिन में चार्जशीट फाइल हुई है। बाक़ी हर क़ानून सिर्फ़ उत्पीड़न के लिए बनता है अमीरों को कोई फ़र्क़ पड़ेगा नहीं और ग़रीबों को पुलिस तरह तरह से परेशान करेगी क्योंकि पुलिस कस्टडी की मियाद बढ़ा कर 90 दिन कर दी गई है आईपीसी के 15 दिन के मुक़ाबले । मतलब पुलिस अब कस्टडी में लेकर हर तरह से तोड़ेगी और वही फ़ैसला करवायेगी जिसमें उसने पैसा खाया हो।

These laws are beneficial for large part of population who do not believe in violence, not part of civil unrest, not part of criminal activities. Had 'Raul Gandhi(congress) come to the power, he would have also tightened the laws. He already called Hindus violent. We have seen Meitei & Kuki violence. Congress policies over the years made social divide in Indian population . Now we are on the brink of civil war or public unrest. You see same situation in European countries. Germany, France, UK, Spain etc. Apparently you need some draconian laws to deal with people spreading violence, commiting crimes behind unrest. It that simple explanation. These Zandu experts and Zandu journalist wants civil unrest and anarchy in society to grab power by force. This why govt gave more power to Police to curb crimes and violence in society. Good move by the govt. They are finding difficulties in spreading anarchy and civil unrest in country. That is why talking against laws.

@@iKamalSharma पहले power नही थी ईसलीये Police किसी पर हाथ डालने का risk नही लेती थी. ईमानदार Officer भी risk नही लेता था क्योंकि जल्दी बेल मिल जाती थी या conviction मे देरी आम बात थी. पुलीस ईसलिये अपराधीयोंका ही साथ देती थी. अगले दस साल मे धीरे धीरे police बदल जायेगी. ऐक दो साल मे तो नही लेकिन 10-15 साल मे police का character बदल जायेगा. आज के हालात दंगे होते है तो Police को ज्यादा power नही होने से तमाशा देखती रहती थी. अब police बिना झिझक तेरी पतलुन गिली कर देगी.
सर हमारे प्रशासन,न्यायालय ,सिष्टमं मे बैठे लोगों की नियत ठीक नही है।सब एलीट क्लास के दासी है।
State wise court language होनी चाहिए, english man dominating on regional language......n grabbing justice....
सही सरकार कोई हो,ज्य्दातर वर्तमान सरकार,हवा मे छत पिटवाते है।निब,पिलड पहले का ही है।कानुन ईन्टर नेस्सलिट हो।वकिल कही किशी देश मे प्रेक्टीश कर सके।
