Thank you for your video, really helpful as I am very new to Zazzle. I would like to ask a couple of questions ..1. I try to make a wrapping paper with date and name. Let say - Sophie, Happy bday, 13 and cats. I want these words and numbers to be all over with different fonts and colours. But cat will remain the same. How to make several of them (words and numbers) on paper but be able to change at the same time when customer buys it, not to go and change one by one. 2. How to make various colours on images - let say I have red rose but I would like to customise it and make it pink and yellow with buttons where customer can click on it and choose the colour red, pink,yellow. Thank you very much.

I spend many hours trying to find a way to contact their customer service, all in vain. They have a chat; however, if you are trying to chat with them, you will find yourself in the loop. It seems as if no one is there… no one at all. Impossible to set up any payments, no phone, no address, and no Contact Us page… In some instances, they suggest contacting customer support which is utterly impossible because they simply do not provide any way to reach them...the whole business seems like a scam…

I am honestly not sure what that means. I just sign into my store and if I want to modify something, I go to "edit design" and then publish.
