I don't understand a word of what you said (so I don't really know who this video is aimed at - people looking to live and work in the area? - but I was impressed by the framing, the background information and the use of footage interspersed with your enthusiastic narration. I live in Kingston (not far from Kingston Grammar School) and you made it look very nice, especially by the river. I'd have gone a bit further south towards Fairfield, Market Place and the Hogsmill - to get away from all the shopping-and-schools bit - but that's just me perhaps. Also, I don't know what relevance the phrase 'High Street' has in the narration but you didn't show us Kingston High Street - that street goes south from Market Place towards Surbiton. You've inspired me to persevere with making videos of my own.

Kingston 好學校超額情況厲害，如果打算考公校，要及早安排。倫敦都有其他校區，唔一定只考慮Kingston。
