LOL! the first alcoholic beverage I had in college as an underage drinker Eric’s in Morgantown circa 1987! Foolishly thinking it really was an ice tea with maybe a splash of some sort of alcohol...one - or was it two? - and I had to be carried back to my dorm, LOL.
Story time: My first visit to L.A. with some girlfriends we went to the Abbey in West Hollywood. Really famous gay bar. I’m not a drinker at all! So my stupid ass tells the shirtless bartender to “surprise me”! Biggest mistake of my life to this day and that first trip was 10yrs ago! He gives me what he called a “hard lemonade”! The next thing I remember was my friends and I drunk off our asses and trying to take a selfie in front of the Beverly Hills Police Station. As we get back on the road we get lost. Next thing we know we see flashing lights behind us! It was an actual Beverly Hills police officers pulling us over. We tried to look as sober as possible and told them we were tourists and very lost. Apparently, we sold it because they had us following them until we got to the correct exit to get to our hotel! Craziest night of my life and if I didn’t have a pic in front of that station I wouldn’t have believed it myself! Be careful out there kids!
