I got go inside a restored B-25J Mitchell when I was a kid in the 1980s, I remember that I wanted to go for a ride in it but grandpa said we couldn't b/c it cost to much.
Awesome collection and so much fun watching you unbox them…..personally I’ve kept all of my collection in their packaging, I’ve collected just about every 1:18, 1:32, 1:48, 1:144 aircaft and armor, especially the 1:6 armor, my favorite being the Bradley…..I loved when Walmart came out with the 1:18 Motoworks brand, they were very cheap at $39.99 and finding so many in the clearance aisle for $19.99….I purchased a lot of doubles and triples of those 1:18….my ultimate favorite is the 5 JSI 1:18 Tomcats and one of them is lighted, followed by my 1:32 Tomcats and Phantoms…..thanks for sharing……The ME-262 single and two-seaters were pretty awesome as well
I love the collection! I grew up with all of these and still have them all. These were the best toys imo and I’ll never stop buying more. 21st century was supposed to do a 1/18 b25 but didn’t go through with it. Man was I excited for that one
Dude, I am so jealous right now! LOL. AWESOME collection! I just started collecting 21st Century Toys 1/32 planes and I'm having a blast doing it. Thanks for sharing!
I'm very impressed by how large your collection is , it is something to be proud of . I'm sure it was quite costly to assemble a collection like that especially today now that the prices these 1/18 th aircraft and helicopters and jets fetch . I'm proud of my collection too . Great video and keep up the good work . Thumbs up .
Thank you, yes it has taken me a while to collect all of these. I actually got lucky and purchase a lot of them from a local collector. Thanks for watching!
My friends call my war room "The Museum"! I have an example of the entire Matcbox 1/72 and 1/48 (WWI warbirds) I have several examples that are still mint unopened....including the Canadian releases...I love seeing the reaction to everyone that sees them.
Hello sir, have you ever made a video of your collection? I'm finishing building/ running power to my newest display case (which was free!) I plan to make my 1st you tube when it's all finished, would love to see yours!
That UH-1C caught my eye, but I was in a different unit. That one depicts the 1st Squadron 7th Air Cavalry. My unit was the opposite, 7th Squadron, 1st Air Cavalry. By the time I arrived in Vietnam October 29th, 1968, we were using UH-1H and AH-1G along with the OH-6A. The squadron was known as the Blackhawks and the B Troop that I was in were know as the "Dutchmasters." This was before the current Blackhawk helicopter was produced.
I bought three 21st Century planes (F-86, MIG 15, P-51 Mustang) in the early 2000's that I still have. Just before they ceased production, 21st Century Toys (iirc) revealed plans to release a 1/18 scale B-25! They actually released CAD drawings of the plane. With a 45" wingspan, it would have been HUGE! Too bad they shut down before it got any farther than plans...
The AV-8B Harrier is the most spectacular of all the 1/18 scale models. I thank God that it occurred to him to make models on that scale. I got mine in the buildable version from Hobby Boss to give it even more detail and realism. I love that plane!!
Just some info on the f4 Phantom 21st Century produced a test mold of it in 1:18 scale but never released it and also did a test Mold of a Douglas A-1 Skyraider and were also were going to do a B25 in the same scale (1:18). Do you have all the 1:18 scale Spitfire variant's as the Mold's for these were Destroyed in a rail accident. There were 4 x different schemes of them...i have two of each....well done keep going.
Man that would have been awesome to have a 1:18 scale Phantom! Bummer we never got it. Dang all of those would have been amazing! I only have 1 of the Spitfire variants as of now and almost got the Night version. Man.. I cant believe you have 2 of each 😂 those are hard to find! Thank you and thanks for watching!
Wow, that is very impressive. I wish I had known about these when they were still being sold by retail stores. Trying to get them now will cost an arm and a leg.
Great collection !! Did you ever pick up the Little Bird? I had the elite force in 1/18 and the 21st century in 1/6. Really display well with spec ops guys sitting on the side.
OMG, the video I and I'm sure most of your fans have been waiting for. Its not a collection Its a museum. And 1/6th scale? No way, that is awesome have Never seen that scale, definitely show more of those monsters. You're really spoiling us. I've also been looking at your watch link and have my eye on one of those. Super great video, Thanks
😂 It’s definitely turning into a Museum. I’m actually thinking about putting them all on display in a local Military Vehicle museum. Who knows.. I love my watches! I also want to get their P-51 in the future. Thank you for watching my videos!
@@MilitaryVehicleReviews good idea on displaying in military museum. Just looked up the P51 watch, very nice - I had my eye on the Blue Diamond - Retrograde Chronograph, Blue and black , Hawker Hunter I think - I liked the instrument panel look. Either way have to save my beer money :-) Good looking aviation watches are hard to find for sure.
Well that is a collection I can only look at in a hobby shop. I'm in Australia so the cost is high even for a 1/72 scale and smaller 1/100 depending on the quality of course that can go as far as AU $100.00 to $400.00+. But there is the ulternative less costly versions of AU $15.00+ and over.. But I must say that's a super collection I too like others am very jealous. I have many plastic model kits so many I will never see built. But I still collect. I'm happy to see your interest in these models so much as if you built them yourself. I can't believe you have a motor working propeller in a 1/72 scale Spitfire. That's impressive. Very nice collection. The big scale Aircraft and vehicles are magnificent. The biggest I have 1/24 scale unbuilt is Messerschmitt BF 109 E, Hawker Hurricane built but damaged, P51 Mustang, and two Hawker Harriers by Airfix. All the best from down under Melbourne Victoria Australia 👍🇭🇲🦘🐨✌️
Just saw your collection very nice love your table 😀 1/6 tanks are great they did a Abrams year's ago I like to said I stopped but I started 16 years ago all 68 pieces are 1/18th scales looking forward to seeing more from you thanks
Hey there! We had a brief chat on FB about your pegboard. I loved what you did and wanted to re-create your pegboard, but that has proven to be a little more than I expected. You can do the simple compressed stuff...but then you can't just slap it on the wall because the pegs need a little room on the backside. Then there is galvanized steel, metal, and much more than I expected..then how do you secure them to the pegs, or is it just placement? Do you think you can do a DIY video on how you created that pegboard? Could you offer some other suggestions like where you bought some of the supplies and any recommendations if you were to redo your pegboard all over again
@@MilitaryVehicleReviews Hi I'm Brian syms from Trinidad and Tobago I love your military vehicles and aircraft it's very very great I will love to get some aircraft
Awsome collection...I love the F4Phantom use to make those from plastic model kits in 70s 80s and the Navy Corsairs were cool as well...didn't see one in your collection though
Yes I did make a video and I will release it soon so make sure your subscribed and have the notifications turned on. It’s the F-16D Fighting Falcon (Viper) with Conformal Fuel Tanks. Really cool model. Thanks for watching!
