Chaii. We need such teaching to help marriages. There are too many problems with marriages today. So many world issues - pride, selfishness, greed, not knowing that marriage is sacrifice. Just as Jesus sacrificed for us, both man and woman have to die to their self and sacrifice for the success of the marriage. Bring God into the marriage to counter these worldly anti-Christ tendencies.

This message is not for everyone, i like when he said may God grant us understanding before he started, the wise women will understand and put to practice, this is not time to complain is always about women, listen with understanding, especially if it looks like you've stepped into the light and still dragging your husband to see the light too. May God grant the willing heart strength and grace.

The intensity of the situation will determine how it can be handled. Let the Holy Spirit be your guide. As much as you pray, remember there is a place of choice. God gave every one free will so your spouse will need to make a choice. If you faint on the day of battle, your strength is small. If your strength is small then you need space of build strength else many have died on the battlefield. Again Let the Holy Spirit lead you.

Marriage is an example of the relationship between the Lord and his body. The woman as the church is meant to pray without seizing and the Lord is meant to answer the prayer.
My question is between the Lord that answers prayer and the woman that prays who has more authority to command the supernatural? We need to understand that in "acting marriage" there is still room for us to fill the reality that " the man is not God and the woman is not the entire body of Christ, so that when we get confronted with a difficult part to "act", we can find it easy to humble ourselves together as brother and sister in a movie and ask the Lord to help us so that we can become the best actors in the body.

Yeah, and the Holy Bible and God's word says: love your wife as God loves the church. She's the wife not a slave. God also said: If a man can't take care of his own home, how can he take care of the house of God. AKA ( The church) people need to let the true Holy Spirit lead and stop leading by your own understanding,. And to make this very clear God did use true righteous women to spread his word when he COULDN'T find a true righteous men..

My question is why does it seem that all the work is dropped on the woman's lap? Why must she be the one that Labour and sacrifice the most?
I also used to ask myself all these questions but realised its the devil's way of making you not to take up the responsibility. Ive taken it up non the less and am running with it whether its unfair for the woman or not it does not matter. IAM NOT ATTEMPTING I AM FIGHTING TO FINISH
Women should pray for sure but you hardly ever hear messages on the role of the father/husband as a gatekeeper over the home. So many women are enduring infidelity, abuse, occultic or secretive husband's hoping their prayers can change them. Then their children grow up traumatised in the process. I love Apostle Arome but I don't agree with parts of this message respectfully.

If you notice, it was a question he was answering.
It's because many times, it's women who notice things that are going wrong and want things fixed. Thus they tend to take the first step to make things right. I believe he would have said the same if a man had asked this same question.

@MrsJ obviously the truth he shared here were drawn from scriptures and not man's opinion . I believe whoever is more enlightened spiritually in a marriage setting does the warfare either the husband or the wife as the case may be.
Just that in this context reference was made to the woman and for some reasons I am yet to understand, the woman in most homes is more spiritual than the man and is willing to fight for the marriage.
Apostle, yes, Marriage is a covenant, however so is Salvation. It's the greatest one known to man on earth. If that covenant can be broken and marriage is a lesser covenant, you must conclude that a woman ought not to stay with a man under every and any circumstance. For biblical example, Jesus instituted the " exception clause" Matthew 5:32 &19:9.

If you are in polygamy and you are not the first wife then you are fornicating that man is not your husband in the eyes of God. Jesus said in the beginning one man and one woman was created. So that sister has to leave that marriage unless she's the first wife.

When God made Adam, He saw that it wasn't good for him to be alone. Alone, Adam could not fulfil God's purpose for creation. God had to make Eve, who would HELP Adam fulfil his purpose. In helping Adam, Eve was also fulfilling her own purpose. We have been created to be helpers for our husbands. That is why women pay the most sacrifice in marriages. Who is stronger: the helper or the one being helped? May God grant us understanding. It is a wise woman that builds her home, not a wise man. God has deposited in us the strength we need to bear burdens, the kind of burden that an average man would collapse under.
