- We're making progress and have started building the main girders/beams that will support the floor and walls. We also roughed in our powder room and are hemming and hawing over the particulars for our grey water system (s).
Love the work getting done. So amazing to see you discussing the plans along the way.

Nah, the dream is to build it ourselves. Every inch of it. An art project for adults. Our inner children are so happy right now ☀️🌈
Something else I have seen self home builders do is to paint the subfloor. Not only will that protect it from most water, it will also give you time to get a roof on.

Hopefully you haven't filled in your plumbing yet. I have seen where you put yellow caution tape down before you fill the dirt back in, for future digging. Looking good 😊
