Karina in blonde is devastating, but pink is just deadly. Ningning is amazing in pig tails. I'm not sure who decided to have Winter in curls, but they deserve a raise. Giselle is definitely a 10 out of 10.

Idk why people say this is not them at their best because to me everything they’ve released after Dreams Come True ( including that ) was my favorite stuff from them. All of last year and this album is IMO their best work. I still like Girls more than Spicy BUT it’s growing on me and I actually think it’s a solid song overall. I’m pretty happy with this comeback! Good for them, if their next release is just as good, I might have to become an actual fan.
Hi, I am one that really feels like the production team had their off-days. It's not that the girls don't perform, it's that it feels like they are doing the best out of what their were given. There is no real energy or feeling in the songs. To me it just feels lazy, from audio quality to video production. Whoever is responsible for the disharmonic parts and was able to convice everyone that they sound good, definitely deserves a raise and should switch to marketing. Also, following them on most of their social media and I didn't see any promotion up until 3 days after release. I stumbled on "Thirsty" by pure chance. Don't know what happened. Maybe they are just not my cup of tea anymore, but glad that there are people who enjoy this a lot. The girls deserve the support.
Probably because other title tracks is very badass and big production on CGI. For me, I feel like everything is perfect from production to choreo end at Savage. Girls is kinda lack something, it didnt bring me the satisfaction like the previous, I like the whole Savage album so much but Girls isnt my taste. But for Spicy, I think it's totally make sense they have something like this before the start of new era with new villain. They cant always follow the storyline. Rumor they will comeback with full album later this year so they might slow down for this and go all out for full album

So many people try to put a label on them from a couple of titles but they have a history of experimenting. I have yet to find a color that aespa doesn't fit with. They can do hip-hop, pop, R&B, ballad, indie, rock pop and more.
sadly it’s a mini album, not a full :(. before the official announcement SM had informed news sites that it would be a full album and aespa themselves had said multiple times that it would be a full but for some reason SM decided to make it a mini last minute
Yeah, probably they wanted to make something big for the full album so they made this to entertain the fans while they drop the full album honestly I feel like this is just a mini album to slow down the process and then on the full album they will come big but still doesn't mean this album is bad I actually love it and it's my fav one from the previous ones.
This really gives me “Adam and Eve; Forbidden Fruit” feels. Like when they say “there’s a cost and it isn’t free” in Salty and Sweet and their whole theme this time around of being… well.. addictive. Kinda like, once you get a taste, you won’t be able to stop. But there’s a cost to that. Like the cost of taking a bite out of forbidden fruit but it’s too tempting you can’t help it. I dunno the whole thing was just 🔥🔥🔥 Btw.. I think I might be the only one who enjoys Karina as a blonde. It’s obviously not the best but it’s fresh and I dunno.. I like it
My first thought seeing the 'Salty & Sweet' track video was, "Man, SM prop department must've gotten one hell of a deal on some chandeliers!! 😄 But watching it again, I'm wondering if there are connections to WayV's Phantom, with not just the chandeliers, but the one green eye. 🤔
I'm also stuck between Next Level and Spicy for favourite title track, I love this Kwangya vs real world contrast, I hope they keep going back and forth! Also that shirt is making me want to go buy some tie dye for summer!
Can I just say, it's so great to have a new gen girl group where all the members are adults and suggestive lyrics are acceptable. and the girls sold the concept so well. Not that aespa is the only group, but it's always nice to see~
