I Have the KX-TEB308AG model. I have a problem, every time there is a power loss, the PBX lost the configuration... I saw a baterry in the mainboard, do you know which battery is it and if it can be replaced?

Yes I believe it can be replaced - you can also use a super cap

HOW CAN I CONNECT DOOR PHONE CARD TX-824 PREVIOUS TX-308

Turn off the phone system, install the door station card into the lid of the 824, plug in the cable to the mother board and turn the phone system on, will auto recognise the card.
