Are there other such instances that might be missed like the one you showed here? I would also like you to request Zoho to program the scoring rules to have a choice beyond just 1-5. going from 100 to 80 is quite a jump for those that are wanting to segment from purchased lead campaigns. Can't be useless if we can't dig down a little deeper. Thanks
