Phew!!! You had no chance - not because of the gradient or severity of the bend but the gravel was your undoing. Looked like no structural damage was caused. I thought you both handle the crisis extremely well. You can’t have many episodes to come until you embark on another adventure but I’ve really enjoyed following the two of you. The great thing about TH-cam is that you are able to follow people who have had the opportunity and fortitude to venture on an adventure which the viewer dreams of. I took my CT out yesterday evening - only to my local biker cafe and having watched yourselves - and others on YT - am eager to ride as often as possible. Thank you. 👍👍👍👍
All's well that ends well, bike and us all good, thankfully. Our CT has recently emerged from hibernation, a bit later than usual because of the weather. Done a couple of local trips but off for an all day ride tomorrow and then a trip to London on Sunday - got to be done.
Lovely video and I actually liked the shirt as well, anything bright on a bike helps to be seen. Great choice in backing music, loved it. Last time we went to llandudno was in the early 1980's and there was no charge to drive around the Great Orme. Going to Snowdonia in July so will have to revisit the town. Keep safe.

What a 😊pleasant surprise. A beautiful part of the world and somewhere I don’t understand why I havent visited. Obviously the weather must have helped but still so very scenic. Thank you for cheering me up after just leaving hospital due to pneumonia.
Hi Mike, I noticed you hadn't commented few a few weeks and now know why. We hope you're okay and on the mend? Pneumonia is not nice! As for Llandudno, put it on your list - you'll have some great route options from where you live. There's lots to do there and a great base for Snowdonia and some stunning biking roads. Look after yourself.
OOooo my giddy aunt it's Friday, all be it freezing Friday, but what better than sitting with a hot cup of tea watching another fabulous video of a spectacular coastline some relaxing acompanying music and to see an old favourite flub-a-lub-a-lub, and then owd Fred popped up,We live around the corner from Fred's old place I don't think he'd be pleased how it is now.Enjoy your weekend and thanks for sharing.
Absolutely love Fred Dibnah, got the box set of all his TV episodes for Christmas in a great gift tin. I am still marveled by his chimney laddering and platform building. I hate heights!!! He's had quite a revival recently courtesy of TH-cam, the Americans love him and rightly so. Seen a few vids featuring his old place and his boozer down the road. It's a real pity seeing these treasures being neglected - but hopefully not forgotten. It might be cold at the mo' but otherwise the weather down here is wonderful, bright low hanging sun and amazing light! Not quite warm enough for venture out yet🥶
His old place hasn’t been neglected it looks more like a scrap yard from the front, how ever at the back it’s used for functions and does look quite good. No more steeple jacks around like Fred. His statue in Bolton Town Centre doesn’t do him justice in my opinion.
Thanks Trena, we briefly passed through north Norfolk earlier in the Coast series. We had brunch at The Crab Hut in Brancaster Staithe and did a piece on Sandringham Estate before pressing on around the coast. As for trips this year, lots of ideas but nothing set or being actively planned. We trying to get to the end of this series. When we started we had no idea we'd still be making episodes a year later!!! We're ready for a new adventure but just need to close the book on Coast first, hope you continue to watch. What bike/s (if any) do you and hubby ride?

Another great video, I have not been down that coast so it was interesting to see. I haven't used a toll road before but at £2.50 that one did seem worth it because of the road and the views, very enjoyable to watch. Well done.
What a bargain for such a great road! Could have easily spent 2 days in and around Llandudno. You should go. I reckon you could plan a great route across the middle of the country from your neck of the woods.

Great routes up there from Bristol - Severn Bridge, Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons, Elan Valley, Snowdonia and then pop out at Llandudno and top it with a ride around The Great Orme - Pure biking bliss!!! It would make an epic one day'er - sunrise to sunset, The Best of Wales! We'll be making full length features next!!! Did you notice the cinematic effect I used around The Great Orme?
