with an aftermarket decent cpu cooler u get around 120 fps at high settings,chromatic aberation off,motion blur off,dlss quality. I have the same system like yours.(i5-12400f cooler is Aqirys Uranus LS Black -> monster of a cooler,maximum TDP for cooling is 200 W!)
man got a i5 9400f and see other videos of game testing that say with my processor would be great and I get sluttering and fps lows suddently like to 50 or even 40 on even medium setts and vsync, do you think upgrading to 12400f would solve it?
Now why would anyone with a job that can sustain themselves find themselves unable to upgrade their gpu after 2-3 years. You know how that GPUS are getting cheaper when the new gen comes right ?
After 2-3 years you better off upgrading your gpu already or just quit gaming ffs, the extra 4gb is useless here because the card (RTX 3060) is too weak

these days 3060 12gb should be better choice than 3060ti 8gb... after 2-3 years both of these card will need dlss, but extra 4gb make the difference

The issue here is not high VRAM on weak GPU, but low VRAM on strong GPU.
