I have this knife and use the spyderco sharpmaker with it. I never let it get duller than paper-slicing (it would take a long time to get duller than that). Takes about 10 minutes to get it shaving sharp from that point and maybe 20 to get it scary sharp. So touching up is no problem but if it got really dull or chipped it would probably be a pita.
I'm thinking get that the click is from the ball bearings cage the part that goes inside the spring is not rounded at the end and it catching on the spring itself. Had that problem with one of mine. Great video man.
Thanks! The EdgePro is a good system, but now I would recommend the Hapstone sharpening system. It is very much like the EdgePrp, but uses better stones. The KME is also a good option.
There is a slight ramp where the bearing rest on the tang. It's completely normal.
So the only difference between the dark blue and other Manix 2 versions is the price and color?
No
How hard would it be to sharpen the s110v on a spyderco sharpmaker?

There might be multiple issues going on, but on this one, the sound went away if I removed the blade. Thanks for watching my channel, I enjoy yours!
+glotzy924 oh than that wouldn't be it then. No problem man definitely enjoyed this video.
I've got a Benchmade 556-1 I've had for a while and it still clicks like that. Awe well.
LOL that vid needed a re-take - planes, AC, planes... ?
Almost sounds like the “click” is a consequence of something by design. Although I get why it would be annoying; not sure I would mind though.
I really hate that colour, dyed my s110v pm black and eventually ordered some carbon fiber scales for it.
Nice edge! Is the Edge Pro worth the money in your opinion? Maybe the video took so long because of the noise interruptions. LoL
