The SHRM Certification is valid for 3 years. During that time most SHRM Certified professionals opt to earn 60 professional development credits over the three year period to renew their certification. Some will re-take the exam. Hope this helps!
I failed the SHRM-CP last year 2024. And I am now studying hard and pass this year.
