I was stationed at Yokota AB back in 1974-76. The commissary at that time was located right across the Route 16, near the terminal. This is very large compared back my time. Where is this exactly located?

It’s co-located with the BX right behind the Fussa gate. I remember the commissary you referred to. This one was scheduled to open in late September or early October 2001, but they halted its opening several months because of 9/11. I was stationed there 99-03.
