Guns in the house are a right, as a judge this was gross on Fleischers part. "I would hope you keep them locked up if you have any guns." I'd argue the loss of a child is the ultimate punishment for any parent/gun appreciator.

I have to say when I see comments like yours it makes me groan. Dude, he's been here for over 30 years, he's an American now. The people who whine and moan about illegal immigrants show their own historical ignorance. My ancestors founded this nation and we didn't arrive legally, get the hell over it man. He's been in this country longer then a natural born citizen has to be here to vote, be drafted, or buy beer. I'm far more concerned with the fact people like you aren't taking into account he's probably a legal citizen and just has no paperwork to prove it due to illegal actions taken by our government after WWI and WWII. Did you know after WWI alone we illegally deported 1.5 million US Citizens to Mexico? Considering we've had what 6-7 generations, that means potentially tens of millions of American citizens are denied their citizenship status. They immigrated legally before paperwork was a thing, then when we passed the paperwork laws we said if you came here legally you had to prove it with the paperwork that wasn't issued to them. "It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer." - Blackstone. We've got tens of millions of American brothers and sisters trapped across the boarder.
