It would be great if you would list the various expansions, scenarios and tabletop additions used to make duplicating easier. As well as what the final board looks like.
How do I know where walk the different times go?! It's rather straightforward to understand how the expansions and scenarios fit together since they're independent of one another. You can add as many of these listed as you want. There are other scenarios like the one with camels that would need to be edited if the volcano is used for example. But most importantly, how are the hexes set up? How many expansions should there be and if sea head are used, how are the islands constructed? I'll have to design my own I guess. Also, now I just want to create a spherical Catan globe that uses magnetic pieces and tiles on a sphere that can be rotated within a cage somehow. That would be EPIC. You could add in seasons of the year that would affect the hemispheres differently depending on the month and travel stock the sea would be impacted since you're not using the Mercator projection anymore and you can follow the shortest arc across the sea. Then publish various templates for people to download and construct. Then of course you want to add a moon (kinda like how one of the Risk board games did) and the changing tides could affect the harbors and fish production. Lastly, climate change could be brought in over the course of the various games place on that globe and tiles permanently affected (again also like a Risk game "Legends" I think).
i think everyone who waches this, can all the basic rules. and the rules of the 4 big ekspamsions, so saying them just makes the video unnecessarily long. Also i think there are missing some very importent element, like the babaraians and the wagon from traders and babarians and the ships from eksplores and pirates. A way to incoporate the bararians could be to deploy the babarians accouring to the rules of traders and babarians when the babarian raiders reachers Catan. the amount of babarians would be the same as the numbers of citys. The wagon could functions as normal, exept that the trading hexes also could have number tokens and funktion as normal resuorses. The ships from E and P are a little more complex to imcorporate, but perhaps the rule could be taht all ships could sail (incoulding them from seafears) and the ships form E and P could be trading/setterlas ships and them form seafears could be warships. Also i dont think santa fits mega catan, as it ads just antoher token(gfits) that basecelly funktions the samme as fish.
