- My radio clips are broken and keys can't remove radio. So, I broke the radio base and removed radio without damaging the radio front panel.I only used i thin metallic rod in and a hammer.
I am not a car guy at all, but I do have the same problem. Seeing you work with it makes me feel anxious that I break something on my Bravo....
Dear friend hello. Having the same problem means that your radio keys cannot unlock your radio. Thats because a small plastic in your radio clips are already broken. The metallic case that radio mount's in it ,take's no damage at all. You break only the radio plastic mounting clips. So in the future you can istall a new aftermark radio or even the original radio without any problem. Hope i helped you. Any questions will be happily answered.
You help me a lot!!!
Boa diga meu amigo! Abraços aqui do Brasil. ✌️
Did you break it before the video? just because its seems easy and I'm in the same situation and those plastic parts just dont want to break.
Yes i broke it before the video was taken. I had problem with the left side. My right side was easily unlocked.
Very good !!
Φιλε, να σαι καλα. Εχω το ιδιο προβλημα. Το πανελ απο το κατω μερος πώς το έβγαλες; Εχει καποιο κόλπο για να μην σπάσει;
Μόλις το ανοίξεις από πάνω προς τα κάτω (ανοίγει σαν παράθυρο σκέψου σε ανάκληση) το τραβάς και ξεκουμπωνει. Τραβηχτα με θράσος.
Hi man, thanks for the vídeo, does it still manage to hold in place after broking does clips? I ask this bc I still want to use the original radio just want to Connect an adapter
Hello my friend, unfortunately the radio clips are broken 😞...but i also used the same radio with broken clips. There is no safety issues because in case of an emergency braking there is no way your radio to get off its place .
@@ΝικολαοςΒερουλης Thank you my friend, I think I only need to break one side but i Will see, that was the answer I wished to hear, I Will do that thanks
@@pedroteixeira7773 did you succeed? can you still use the radio? I have the same problem but I'm afraid that the radio will come off on its own
@@giuseppeparisi6832 yes i can, it holds in place like it was never removed
@@pedroteixeira7773 thank you, that's reassuring
Hello where did you buy them i have the same problem
Ι Haven't bought them. I used a metallic ruler 📏 (slim ) and that's it.
Good idea, You help me a lot !
Thank you
Hello colleague! Dude, your video gave me a light at the end of the tunnel.. The metal latch on the right side of the radio broke and got stuck in that plastic part that you break in the video. So I can't remove it because one side gets stuck. Would this idea of yours work? Greetings from Brazil !!
Hello my friend. It will work for sure. Try it and dont worry about it. Glad to help !!
Hi, I have the same problem, only in one side, but I'm afraid that the radio will come off by itself, can it stay fixed even with the broken clip?
Don't worry about the radio. It wont come off. Even if you hit the brakes the radio can't leave its place. So go for it
@@ΝικολαοςΒερουλης "Hi man, I tried doing as you showed in the video, but it seems like nothing is breaking. The screwdriver goes in and turns freely, as if hitting the bottom of the radio. I think it might already be broken, but I can't seem to extract the radio.
One side is already broken, on the other, I'm using its key, and when I insert it, it clicks. What else can I try? Should I break the working clip too?"
@@giuseppeparisi6832 Xmmm it seems that the other clip is ok but you must break it 😞😞 if you want your radio to come out. Don't worry about broken clips. Radio will never come out while driving.
I have same problem iv got metal keys and gave them a tap but nothing seemed to break off?
You mean you have the radio keys in metal? If so ,the keys can not break the radio base. You need a same lenght metallic rod. Like mine in the video. Α metallic ruler can do the job if you cut him a bit. Its thin and strong.
Ciao ho un problema le molle sono uscite fuori e non riesco ad estrarre lo sterio dalla plancia hai un idea?
You can fix it with glue
Τους ανταπτορες απο που τους πηρες;
wow, thank you, I will try that
Hope i helped you. This is an effordless way to remove radio without damaging your radio mask. You can also use a thin screwdriver as well.
@@ΝικολαοςΒερουλης didn't work in my case though. I had to take a thin spoke and bend in on the end to 45 degrees, 5cm from ending. Then put it inside key-whole and rotate it until it grabs that metal part blocking the radio from moving out, then radio can be pulled from the dock.
@@hakambo1636 That's also a great idea. Your way also does not damage at all the radio clips.I didn't thought about that way at all. Bravo!!!
in my case only one side is coming out so idk what to do
That means that one side is good and the other side is broken.Try to pull it out with your hands with some force. If it doesn't work break only the bad side.
@@ΝικολαοςΒερουλης i fixed it same day i wrote that comment but thank you :) i used screwdriver and a hammer and broke both sides bcs my friend broke the working side while trying to fix it...
Devo fare anche io così sulla mia bravo, Dalla parte sinistra la radio non esce...
its work?? i have same problem..
