    You need a QA officer. First, where are your gloves so that you don't contaminate your sample? (I won't even mention life vests). Also, why did you release the water from the bottom of the sample sleeve? You just disposed of the intersitial fluid, as well as contaminants and microbes. And then you topped off the core sleeve with water? I at least hope that was water from the sampler, otherwise you just diluted/contaminated your sample and changed the entire chemistry. To a lesser critique, you should have narrated the procedure instead of using music- would have been more useful. Any chance you're willing to post a link to your sampling SOP?
