    Very interesting. Always wondered how they worked. Couldn't figure out how the pounded the chisel without wrecking the machine as well. Amazing how the air can be the propellant and the restrictor within the same chamber. Probably won't be able to talk to the wife and kids about this, but my buddies will be impressed, lol. Thanks a lot!

    Very nice explanation. The voice is a bit annoying at first but the overall overcome this. I used jackhammers and rock-drills in the past and wondered how it worked. This is a really sturdy mechanism.

    I had to watch it for a few times before I really understood what's going on, but thanks! It's gonna help me a lot with my presentation for physics.

    great video, i want to build an handpiece air graver that works like this, bo it is pretty hard to get all these holes in the body. could you maybe make such a video from a short barreled airhammer? they seem to work a bit different, with some sort of membrane. would be very nice to see :-)

    This isnt complete. It does not explain phase shift which is crucial to how the machine does not destroy itself and breaks matter more efficiently.

    why most of this kind of instructional videos are narrated by Windows Narrator :/ :P !?
    good video though

    • @mekanizmalar
      @mekanizmalar  8 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Thank you for your visit and comment. There are several reason for people to use windows narrator.
      The first is that the robot narrators are much easier to handle a written document than a human. Instead of paying attention to reading and showing the details of the animation, you just concentrate on the details of the animation in your video.
      The second reason is that some video author's native language is not English. Rather than talking with an accent, they prefer to use robots.
      The third is that TH-cam speech recognizer is able to decode 100 percent of a robot voice. I think that they wont be able to decode a strong accented English very well.
      Finally, good speaking ability, technical talent and good presentation skills are rare combination and not many people have possession to those skills at the same time. If they do, they make a lot of money in TH-cam.
