It’s time to LEARN A DANCE with me! 👯‍♀️ We are back with another 20-minute dance tutorial! This dance tutorial for beginners will make you sweat but I promise-you’ll have fun! Who doesn’t have fun when it comes to good dance choreo?!
In today’s 20-second hip-hop dance video, I’m introducing you to an extra special guest: my strength training coach, Carli Robinette (@carli_nicoleee on Instagram!). Learn this dance with me as Carli breaks down the simple dance moves into 8-counts and teaches us the moves!
