@@spindalis79 That's what I thought. The show has changed alot. Of course Bob's no longer there. I've been listening since 1987. How about you? Are you an old dude too?
The Reds had fan appreciation day at Riverfront. Along comes Marge and Shottzy on the field to address the fans. In great suspense my girlfriend and I were wondering if the dog was going to mount Marge right there as he was getting excited.
As the poster said, a character, but this time based on a real person, Marge Schott, the now dead owner of the Cincinatti Reds. She was rather unattractive and controversial. Look up a photo of her, and you'll see.
This era of Bob and Tom was the best. Mark Patrick had the best characters. Nick Aragua The Most Cliche DJ, Warren Piece, and Keith Jackson. Awesome.
Didn't Mark do Hadji too?
Billy West's "Marge Schott" is unforgettable and without equal.
THE Billy West? Futurama etc?
Marge was a classic
After seeing a picture of her, I will forever associate this impersonation as her genuine voice.
These were the best part of Bob and Tom. I must find the Taco Bell dog interview. He ended up inside of Schottzie the St. Bernard.
Yo quiero un stepladder!

" YOU WHINY PISSANT " xD ...
WEREN'T THERE MORE OF THESE MARGE SCHOTT SKITS ON BOB AND TOM BACK IN THE DAY? THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I CAN FIND HERE ON TH-cam.
There were many. Several are featured on their albums from the 90s and early 2000s.
