For all Brigadiers, Generals, Judges and grade 18 and above bureaucrats, who gets any public office, them and their family members assets should be disclosed and then reviewed at the time of retirement. If there is any discrepancy found, they must be questioned and scrutinized until they found clean or if not must be punished by the law and assets must be seized. Also, they should not be allowed to have any foreign trips for the next two years after retirement. Doing so, there will be a big decline in corruption in Pakistan. What a ridiculing outcome of the court proceeding. The pitition was lodged by SIC but relief has been given in favour of PTI. If PTI could remain in govt after elections of 2018 through failure of RTS with just 2 seats above the required, today govt does have much more than those required for forming govt. Next is, does PTI sure that those 39 of PTI candidates who won elections as independent candidates would declare them to be with PTI? In the prevalen situation, although govt does not enjoy 2/3, yet it would remain intact. If PTI could remain in govt with just 2 votes in excess of required for forming govt after RTS election in 2018, why can not present govt having much excess of them. Youthias need not to be overjoyous as the they sre neither in position to form govt nor Khan would be out of jail. Party has begun now, let's see what happens next. What we see next is that, troubles would multiply for Fitna party. Crux of entire new development after verdict of SC is: The state has been defeated by rewriting constitution and Fitna party has been given full opportunity to play its role of its anti state's agenda.

Hon'ble Chief Justice unfortunately made two big mistakes. 1. The Chief Justice exercised his power along with two other judges to constitute the bench. 2: The Chief Justice constituted a full court to hear the case. If the Chief Justice does not exchange his power with the other two judges regarding the composition of the Benches
In that case, the Chief Justice could have constituted only a large bench. And as many as seven judges could have easily decided this case according to law without any injunction now we Pakistanis and Pakistan are suffering a lot due to two mistakes of the Chief Justice
