Good video and very well made. I definitely have an appreciation for the knowledge of it. The principals of it are all sound and down to the letter, but my only personal critique is that I thought the base was perhaps a little too easy for the sake of the demonstration. The OPFOR had a great many vantage points overlooking the base. One would think that this would make it a poor location for the BLUFOR to have even considered building at in the first place, seeing as it put them all into a kill zone. Still, it was very informative and a well-put together scenario nonetheless. And I understand that this was entirely done for the simplicity of the audience learning how _“textbook”_ a perfect raid would be conducted. I just think that it can be worrisome at times to make the other side seem a little too simple-minded during training, when one should ideally expect them to be at their best even when you catch them unprepared.
Sometimes you need to be put down in the not to perfect position. Also they are only going to show enemy getting wins against the good guys when we make mistakes. The bluefor were not in mutually supporting positions, which means one unit cannot support the other with fire. Aggressive patrolling will detect a base threatening formation from coming close to the base and prevent the bad guys from formulating a plan to attack in the first place. Kind of chilling being one of those guys in the towers knowing that if anyone wants to take your base out that you are the first to get targeted.
I love these videos, OEC G&V please make more! i tried finding the page on facebook (used link on the channel page) but the facebook page gave an error saying the page does not exist anymore as I read the comments I've seen how much these videos help current members of the military and ones panning on joining (like me) and would just like to say thank you for creating the videos they're informative and instructive to anyone even those without any military knowledge just like for you guys to know you're work is incredibly appreciated and to please make more! Videos like this in an age of technology where anyone can access them, videos like this are extremely helpful and important for the public and a great refresher for any in service member! (sorry for spamming this on all your videos just want to make sure you guys know you're doing an incredibly important public service! and that its appreciated)
This reminds of a battle in Afghanistan where a US base was being attacked which led to one of the US soldiers recieving a MoH for repelling the attack
The tactics have probably evolved, and it simplifies things. It's like a pro boxer showing you a few videos on how to box, but without practice and drilling, you can't utilize his methods correctly, and on top of that he's not teaching you all that he knows
This has been well known across the world for decades lol, have you worked with foreign soldiers? If modern forces don't have this, they have no allies or bad intelligence services. China has been hacking us relentlessly for 20 years as well.
Really enjoying this content. Thanks!!

They did a video on COP Keating. Pretty much the same vantage point situation.

This channel has a recreation of that incident.
What are you guys' future plans on this series ? Hope to see a video on perimeter defense and recon patrols.
They are preparing for "Operation Cuckold" where Russia fucks Ukraine while Biden's warships record it with a camera from shore
Nice.. we want tank tactick like this.
Thank you for the video!
Nice.
This is great but imagine using Arma 2 or 3 graphic
i think this is VBS which is the military version of ArmA
@@josh_jc_cheng Remember your equipment is chosen by the lowest bidder who meets the minimum requirements.
@@josh_jc_cheng arma is mil sim
@@Wuregon the simulator for military, not a game that can simulate a battlefield
@@Wuregon this is not arma lol. arma is gamified. vbs is used for training and has a lot of features and add-ons for different militaries
Wow
Come get some!
All plans fail with contact with the enemy
damn
Looks like arma 2
Прикольный мультик. Конечно это всё фантазия автора и в реальности всё было бы совсем не так.
this video have big mistake
Why is this unclassified? Here is an insurrection manual on how to attack what amounts to an attack on the USA/NATO military?

Indeed. It doesn't matter how tactic or equip has evolved. This gives any "group" of people a very basic lesson of how thing "should" be conducted.
This has been well known across the world for decades lol, have you worked with foreign soldiers? If modern forces don't have this, they have no allies or bad intelligence services. China has been hacking us relentlessly for 20 years as well.
because it doesnt take what the BLUFOR will do into account.
Soveit tactics cant be classfied
