I use it for weeks now and my sleeping posture is horrible usually, but this pillow makes my body/neck/head stable so I can't do my funny sleeping poses. @@Scotsgirl83 this pillow is perfect for side sleeping as it is thick enough to have enough room for your shoulders. I don't know how it works with sleeping on the back as I usually sleep on my belly or on the side. I have some reflux issues and it is thick enough to keep everything down 🥰

Thanks for you feedback, I am really sorry that my content is a dissapointment for you. I always tried to do every movement how I would do in real life. Not slower not faster, just as I would do in real life. I personally don't like the slow movements videos as those are not realistic for me and ASMR for me is about triggers I could experience in real life, anytime.
