I do something similar on the bus to work. I perform claming breathing exercises

Excellent ideas, thanks Azumi. Practice daily micro-meditation: just be aware and observe the mind, mental chatters, thought. Be here and now 100% appreciating a cup of tea/coffee without other thinking, stop thinking.
