india diaries 2 | starting yoga training in rishikesh!

welcome back to another of my india diaries ! this was the start of our time in rishikesh where we started with our yoga teacher training course at vinyasa yoga ashram in upper tapovan ! we got settled in and explored the area - the surrounding vegan cafes & the ganga river ! & then we had our opening ceremony filled with beautiful rituals and started our yoga training which is just the most intense and incredible experience. i can’t believe how much i’ve learned in just a few days !!
