Nice cake but what I notice about most persons that do fruit cake on TH-cam barely ever mentioned how much of what or portions they are using they always say we have our flour our butter etc which I think is the most important so the cake turns out good hers is looking really nice

I would use 1/3.of that sugar because the wine is sweet and the fruits are sweet and a few tablespoons of strawberry jam and the cakes would still be sweet.

When baking in foil containers you don’t need to grease the tins , the cake doesn’t stick to the pan because it’s foil
