Not an exaggeration btw. The PC version sped up most of the BBAs to make more characters viable. Aiolia's arrow, both of normal miro's bbas, that one fish guy with the weapon that couldn't combo into his BBA on consoles. Plus a bunch of other minor changes that legitimately make the PC version the best one.
BeefHoward no one who doesn't have both versions will ever know. There are no patch notes or change notes anywhere. They were just snuck into the release version of the PC port.

Haven't even watched the video but props for not doing this the free way with shun. Game has no idea how to deal with his BS
