    Cube Audio should make a field coil version of this speaker , that will be something special .

    very beautiful pieces! But, if I'm not mistaken, I've seen this type of spider on an old speaker. thanks for the video !

      Now that you mention I also have seen something similar a long time ago, totally forgot about it.. although I have to add that the execution of a spiral spider all comes down to the materials used, so I still consider this application unique. Although not as unique as the ads say. ; )

    yeah a little bit on the pricey side but the f8 I think is about 1200€ a pair and they offer free cabinet designs not bad for the price!
    they are selling them in America now and showing them off at shows.
    don't dismiss Mark audio makes really good drivers and some that don't have a spider ms,

      I agree, the 8in ferrite driver looks promising and is on the more affordable side as well.

    Wow, looks amazing but they cost more than my car, there are many oem factories im in contact with me, they can clone anything, If anyone wants to take a chance on them, I can share with u some details and the factory is very big and it's a proper procedure , they can clone any driver , almost I think, accuton also has been on my list but that is quite hard to clone this driver looks like a regular driver but with a great design around it

      I don't support cloning of drivers - they did their homework and investment, copying them would ruin their business. If that mentality is persistent, then most new companies with bright ideas are doomed, and we force mediocrity. Also, there are patents in place that prevent exact cloning. However, you can form new ideas, and have the OEM manufacture it, a lot of good can come out that way. Also, when someone is trying to clone a driver, it's only successful when all elements are exactly reproduced. Their spider is proprietary, they do not reveal it exactly, so unless one has a metallurgy laboratory and destroys a driver for analysis, you can't replicate it well.

      @@realworldaudio yes I know bro it's prolly not ethical. But what can we do, in America and india there is big big difference what u call a lot of money in India even 300-400$ is a lot of money , that double of what most people make in a month. Anyways yeah I wrote this comment because a driver would be needed to broken down at the factory and i dont have that kind of money at the moment to buy

      @@realworldaudio When I was a child, I briefly heard the following: "whoever copies is a monkey". I never forgot. Maybe it's a cultural issue, even for a Chinese, copying something is natural. I particularly don't like to simply copy and I don't like people copying something I do for commercial purposes. I even got to know through very reliable friends that a very large company tried to copy something I do and the feeling is horrible. I think copying something to market is shameful.

      Most of the expense is r/d, bc lots of time it leads to failure, that and marketing expense. Cloning is literally stealing and not ok on any level.

    Beautiful speakers 🔊 but very expensive but I can see the quality and the changes or differences from the fostex speakers.. great video.....listening to some Janos Starker with Gyorgy Sebok....have to save lots of bags 🎒 of money to buy these drivers....Ed in New York 🏙

      Two fantastic musicians, Sebok and Starker! I did not know they had a recording together! No worries though, Fostex is not too shabby either. I'll try to make the follow up today, will show a comparison to the Fostex FE204 (the old one I have in my Voigt pipes), and it's more than surprising how well the Fostex stands up. ;
