Earthing is for safety for the people who comes in contact with electrical machinery/appliance from leakage current . For a good earthing , phase and earthing should be conductive for electricity .

Respectfully, I shall add here, that we can bent/fold the metal plates in shapes of round pipe and instead of dogging that much pit it could be bored in the earth upto required depth suitably and extra work can be avoided also instead of cocktail, salt we may used chemically earthing.

Respectfully, Iwish to know that only copper plate is used here but I remember that the GI and copper two plates are used for better earth resesistance I e o.oo1 ohms.

Thank you for nice explanation. Everything appears fine, but could not understand as to why the earthing acts as 'neutral' when the bulb glows connecting base & earth, instead of base & neutral.
Please clarify.

netural is already connected to ground in the power plants and the bulb glows but since ground has high resistance we can't use high watt appliance like oven etc with the live-ground connection so theres a neutral and live both provided at home and earth just in case any current leaks from the live it goes into the ground

What is the resistance value of the earthing
Check it with a ' Grounding Resistance Tester '
The value should be below 2 ohm
Then only your earthing is valid
Otherwise its useless

Asp qi koshish bahut achi hai.
Some aspects are technically Not Adequate enough.
1. The connection of Earth Wire to Earth Plate is not correct to ensure Firm Connectivity with max Surface Contact...
2. At least 3 Holes, on the Diagonal plate. The plate has to be kept Diagonally Vertical inside.
3. The Earth Conductor should be taken inside through a protective Pipe and terminated at a Copper Bus.
